Coastal Beachy 3+/2, Pool, 5 Bikes, Near Beach, Pet Friendly, Sleeps 8+

You will appreciate the Coastal Beach Décor this house has to offer. This House is very spacious, newly remodeled, clean and well appointed with a Coastal Beach feel throughout.

It has a nice pool, deck and an outdoor seating area with a gas grill so you can make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Very sleek design, cool color palette and laundry room inside. The pool can be heated (gas) for a $30 a day fee.

There is an enclosed Florida room that has a full size futon and privacy curtains making that room a 4th Bedroom at night.

The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, pots, pans, dishes glasses, and silverware you might need and then some.

The house has 4 smart TVs, one in every bedroom and the living room.

There are 5 bikes and a cart that can be pulled behind the bike to carry small children, beach chairs or a cooler.

There are two living rooms, one with a 75" Smart TV and the other with a vast assortment of games.

The home is close to Mercato Shopping Center where you will find plenty of restaurants and a Whole Foods supermarket. It’s also close to the beach. You can go to a beach access on Vanderbilt Beach Rd (public parking garage) or the beautiful Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park. A Family State Park access pass is included. Both beaches are less than a 2 minute drive, It is only a 5 minute bike ride and a 15 minute walk away from the house .

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was well equipped with what we needed. Very large flatscreen tv in common room with an extra tv in every bedroom. The game area had tons of great options for our family including our favorite board and card games. The garage had chairs, nice fishing rods, and bikes… nice touches for us to use because we flew to FL and couldn't bring much. The house also had a State Park pass that we used to visit the awesome beach nearby.

Our stay was perfect! The house has an open layout with plenty of space for hanging out. Take advantage of the bikes provided! The ride to the beach is easy, but there is ample parking if you choose to drive. The house has a mini ping pong table which we set up in the garage and played for hours at night. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked and the grill worked great. We enjoyed floating in the pool later in the day after being at the beach. No issues with the heater during our December stay. We have stayed at a lot of rental properties, and this was by far the most intentionally stocked and arranged. Lots of little details that made our time away from home comfortable and easy! Perfect!

This place was perfect for our vacation and it has everything. It's the ideal home for family trips. Location is great, near beaches, shopping, attractions, and really all of SW Florida. The house is beautifully updated and we absolutely loved the pool and bikes! My 3 grandaughters aged 2 to 15 were never once bored Highly recommend!

Perfect place for work trip to Naples

We had a great couple weeks in Naples. The house was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean with super fast internet which was great since it was a working vacation. The pool was fabulous. Would highly recommend. This host thought of everything.

Excellent location

Excellent location, great stay, beautiful backyard with pool. Very clean home and very easy communication with host. Would highly recommend, everything you need is right here. Can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect Family Spring Break Getaway!

Perfect week in Naples! One of my favorite properties to date! The pool is perfect and very private. House fully stocked with everything you might need for the week. Tried to rebook for 2023 and already booked! BOO! Would highly recommend and I am picky :)

Great location and well stocked house

This house is in a prime location close to two beaches. The house comes with a state park pass which is very handy. Also amazing were the bikes which were in great shape compared to other rentals I’ve stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of pool toys, beach chairs and nice thick beach towels. There is a great shade umbrella on the patio which was great with all the sun the backyard gets. The house was nice and clean with a good supply of paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap etc. Owner and property manager were extremely responsive and great to work with throughout the entire process. Only odd thing was the layout of the house in that the only doors to the pool from the house are in the bedrooms. It was a bit odd to walk through the bedroom to grill or have coffee in the morning on the table outside. However we adapted quickly to enjoy the weather, pool and backyard.

Wonderful rental!

This place was fantastic! Great Location! It had everything you could ask for including little things you would not expect like: hair dryer, air pump with attachment to fill floats, pass to state parks, plus everything you'd expect. If I looked for it, they had it. Betsy the property manager was excellent and helped with anything we needed. The house was adorable and very clean. Yard and pool are gorgeous. I would definitely rent again!

Outstanding vacation from start to finish

We booked this property for a one week stay in November of 2021. Communication was fast and easy and the host was in contact throughout the stay. The house was really well setup with everything we needed including bikes for a family, beach chairs, and towels. It was spotlessly clean a d exactly as pictured on the listing. The pool and outdoor space was where we spent most of our time and was really pleasant. This house is a short bike ride to a gorgeous beach and sits in a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property and will certainly be back.

Just Perfect

I have been to many vacation homes and bed and breakfast stays and none have compared to my stay at this VRBO. We didn't know what to expect, but from the get-go it was a match made in heaven. They thought of everything. We did not need anything except to buy the food or dine out and the rest was covered by them. We felt right at home and everything we needed was there at out disposal. We once started to bbq and the tank ran out of gas and what a surprise, right next to it was a full tank of gas. My brother and I just looked at each other and smiled. It was from the most minute thing to the most importent one, and if you just looked, it was there. I don't have an ounce of complaint and was totally satisfied with my stay. Thank you for making this vacation one of our best vacation ever. Arcenio P.

Amazing stay in Naples!

This house is one of those rare listings that is even better in person! It’s an adorable, beach-themed home that was spotless, with a great pool. We stayed with our 18 month old and it had everything we needed for him. Chuck and Betsy were a breeze to work with, they responded promptly and were very nice. It was an easy drive to the beach. We rarely stay twice in a house because we like to try different places, but we are already thinking about when we can come back!

Enjoyable stay for a great value!

The house is very comfortable and well equipped: - kitchen + dining table + living room form cozy front area where most of in-house activity was pleasantly spent; - comfortable beds, sheets pillows; - large good quality beach towels; - bathrooms are clean and well maintained; - pool adequate for a full family dip and kids splashing fun - liked modern powerful washer and dryer doing job fast - all beach stuff: chairs, umbrellas, carts, toys, etc. - bicycles are nice (although we did not use them) Chuck is very responsive and goes extra mile to make sure the stay is pleasant. Highly recommend this property for its high quality/value ratio.

Absolutely wonderful

Just as described and just as mentioned in other reviews - the house is in a perfect (safe and close to everything) location, really comfortable, stocked with everything needed to enjoy the stay. Our family of 4 had a blast taking bike rides in the neighborhood and of course to the beach. The youngest one who is 8 years old was able to ride the cruiser. The pool and the area around it s super clean, covered lanai with a table, chairs and a barbecue was also great. The kitchen has all utensils needed which was making it really convenient to prepare meals. Really comfortable living room and dining area. The house really has all you need, not to mention the beach chairs, beach toys and the puzzles that we did as a family. The host is great to communicate with and was making sure we are enjoying our stay. P.S. We loved the cat that was coming from time to time, I'm not sure if it belongs to the host's crew though :)

Location, location, location!! This 500 block neighborhood has it all. It is close to the public beaches, close to Mercato, fine dining and other great shopping.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property is a spacious 2147 square feet under air, sleeps 8+ comfortably, has a nice pool and outside area, a large garage and all the amenities I would look for in a home. It comes with 5 bikes with helmets and locks, pool and beach accessories like beach chairs (8), beach umbrellas (2), noodles, rafts, cooler, water wings and children's life jackets. It also has 4 smart TVs, one in each bedroom plus a 75" in the living room.

The house comes stocked with pods for the washer and dishwasher to match the length of your stay. There is also an ample supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags included.
