When I asked about availability of toaster, we had one immediately. Front desk and bell people very helpful. We did have difficulty finding the place/ office.

We enjoyed our stay at this establishment, it was a great location and the apartment is very spacious and clean. I have no complaints with this unit and also the communication with the host was outstanding. I definitely will be staying here again when I visit South Beach in the near future. The rooftop pool has great views and the food is excellent!!

Location, location, location

Overall a great stay! Location is ideal unless looking for quiet. Unit itself comfortable, would recommend replacing blind on patio door, upgrade to complimetary soap/shampoo, less noxious cleaning product. The smell of Fabuloso was overwhelming at check in.

The double booked our room and we ended up with no place or help from vrbo or the host

Do not book. Run away. If you want to travel thousands of miles to be told you do not have a place to stay and someone is in your room, go with vrbo.

Great location/older buidling

Overall stay was good. You will hear the thumping of the music going on every night. Small things need work, the door lock, the elevator (worked sometimes), no working safe to secure personal items, a/c temp control. (was freezing everyday). They provided warm blankets, which was great to sleep in. Coffee packets were great and actual wine glasses for wine. Bring your own paper towels and kleenex. No car needed, great location.

Good location close to beach on busy street

The interior of the property was as advertised: clean and spacious. No complaints there! The partial ocean view from the patio was nothing to get excited about because the first thing you mostly see is the dusty roof-top of the adjacent hotel. If happen to be using the seating provided, you won’t see much the view because patio wall will obstruct your view. ** Please take head the owners warnings and the other reviews about the noise levels. If you decide to rent here, don’t expect much quiet time. This property is located in between two hotels that consistently had partygoers from about 10am until after 3am. I’m not exaggerating when I say the music thumped ALL Day and ALL night long from one side while the cheering for the drag queen show was happening on the opposite side like clockwork every hour. (This is no fault of the owner) ***if you have mobility issues this may not be the best place to stay. Although the owner and staff were gracious and granted us an early check in around 11am at no additional cost, we had to carry heavy luggage up 5 flights of stairs because the elevator was being serviced when we checked in. The elevator outage lasted until the evening so we had to use the hot and humid stairwell several times that day. To make matters worse the elevator always smelled like a urinal and it was out of service again when we checked out. Carrying heavy luggage down 5 flights is stairs wasn’t fun either. I have a back injury,so the elevator issue was very chal
