This 1080sqft condo has fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dinning room, two bedrooms and two full baths, and glass balcony to relax and enjoy the sunrise.
Forgot your beach towel? don't worry, we provide them for you.
No need to bring a beach umbrella, we have one ready for you as well.
Beach chairs? Yes, they are complementary at the beach.

Located only 20minutes from Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from Aventura Mall, only 5 minutes from the Luxurious Bal Harbor Mall. Also walking distance to shops, restaurants and Supermarkets.

Great location

Property had a small amount of wear, but nothing major that would sway my review. Amazing location will low volume of tourists so we didnt feel crammed on the beach. We didnt rent a car but had Publix walking distance for groceries. 2nd bedroom was tight, but it was used by my 6'1" 14yo and 5'7" 12yo and there was no complaints. Communication with Julie was fast and always pleasant. Beach umbrella was provided and condo gives chairs for beach. Definitely would consider booking again!

Wonderful condo and beautiful beach

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. The beach was beautiful and the location was perfect. We hope to return again next year!

Great Stay

Check in process was okay, my lack of Spanish did not help. Building is older, but going through upgrades. View is amazing, short walk to the beach love that chairs are included and you can pick your spot. Pool is not usually busy, but nice, water is a little on the cool side. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. Second bedroom is fairly small, so if you have a pack and play it might be an issue. It was a great place to relax for a week!

Million Dollar View to be sure!

I had a lovely time at Julie's property. The photos don't show it, but the main bedroom also has windows overlooking the ocean. The view can't be beat and the entrance to the beach is right in front of the condo. I so enjoyed being near the bike path. The condo was clean and had a good amount of supplies cookware, and everything I needed for a longer stay. I would echo other reviewers' notes-the second bedroom is really small. It's not ideal for two adults, but would work for two children. Thanks for a great stay, I hope to come back next winter!

Mother and adult daughters getaway

The view of the ocean from the balcony is wonderful—so great to see the sunrise and sunset, enjoy your morning coffee, etc. The condo is located right on the bike/running/walking path that goes to South Beach—so easy to exercise outdoors. The master bedroom is good sized with lots of room for clothes—and has big windows from which you can see the ocean. Both bathrooms are pretty large for the space. The easy (and free) parking arrangement was really helpful—since parking can be challenging (and expensive!) in some neighborhoods; plus there’s a free trolley that stops right in front of the condo. The owner even had a beach umbrella handy for our use—in addition to beach towels—and the condo beach provides beach chairs to condo guests. We’d stay again definitely—there’s so much to see and do in Miami—and the ocean is beautiful. Thank you, again, for sharing your home with us!

Not quite as expected

The place is very nice. Kitchen, dining area, living room and deck and bathrooms were all nice. Their are several issues though. The master bedroom only has a full size mattress (so a couple is breathing on each other) that is very low to the ground, pillows are ok but seemed old. The second bedroom is a trundle bed with a a a floor mattress under it, which is fine for kids or teenagers (but even teenagers might feel very cramped) A cardboard holder with 4 drawers for light stuff....but for older people this room is nearly impossible. In any event, the unit is nice for a couple with kids but as mentioned the master bed need helps. The microwave also only works if you press cancel and a number. We had maintenance come up to help cause we tried every other combination. The door also hinders it and when that note flashes you have to slam the door and then press cancel and number again. Also, the TV's seem to effect each other. Turn on or off one and another one in another room turns on. This happens constantly so you go to leave and shut off the living room TV and one of the bedrooms tv's goes on so you have to check every room before you leave.

Great Stay!

This condo was clean and updated. It was right on the beach, easy to check in and check out, and had everything provided in terms of towels, linens, beach stuff, kitchenware. The beach is a calm and non-competitive beach with free chairs.In terms of sleeping, there is a full size bed in main bedroom. A trundle bed in the very small second room (good for one or two young kids or maybe a young couple), and a full size pull out bed in the living room (blinds don’t rlly block sun so keep in mind if someone is sleeping out there).Overall, great experience, lots of family fun, good communication with the property manager! Definitely recommend!

Lovely Condo at the beach!

We rented the condo for 10 days in July and we found it exactly as described. 1 big master bedroom, 1 small bedroom for the 2 kids. 2 bathroom. The check In is easy / fast , the concierge staff is very helpful and friendly. The early morning sunrise view is unbeatable! Walking to the beach takes 5 min ! We would love to come back! Alex and family from Germany .

Healing Home away from Home

I stayed at this condo with my parents after my mom's emergency surgery at UofM, and it was the perfect place for her to recover before we could fly home. Julie was incredibly kind and caring, providing immediate responses to all our questions and compassionate towards our unique situation. It truly felt like a home away from home during a challenging time. I plan to return one day with my husband to enjoy this beautiful condo under better circumstances.

2024 vacation

We enjoyed our stayed on Julie's condo, view from balcony is amazing, condo size for our small family (3) was enough, owner provided everything we need, enough bath towels, beach towels, the beach umbrella is a plus, kitchen has what we need to prepared meals. Julie was very responsive to all our questions and she contacted us during our stayed to make sure that we had everything we need. Area is very good, beach is quiet and plenty of space and chairs for residents, we'll be back!.

North Beach Condo

Only 4 stars for neighborhood due to ungodly heavy traffic on Collins Ave during our stay. Obviously not the owner's fault, and if you're looking for a quiet and safe beachfront location, with no need to travel to the city or South Beach not a problem. Building staff was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and well equipped. Building common areas in need of updating, which is underway.

Very happy with our stay

We stayed at the apartment with our two young daughters and were really pleased. The apartment was very comfortable, had more than enough space for the four of us, and has amazing views from the 11th floor right out over the ocean. The pool downstairs is great and the beach is one flight of steps down from the pool. The location is very good for families. It's mid-beach, 15 minutes to South Beach, 15 minutes to Bal Harbor. There's a Publix supermarket 5 minutes away and lots of diverse restaurant options. Julie was a great host. We would happily rent again

This was a lovely property. Exactly as stated and clean. The view was amazing! What a wonderful way to start your day with that sunrise. The beach was fabulous as well. Couldn’t have wished for a better vacation.

Amazing view

The home is beautiful. The view is amazing! Loved it! The 2nd bedroom is way smaller than I had imagined with 2 twin size beds and I thought it was double beds, great for kids but not married couple. So nice to have 2 bathrooms Kitchen was just right! Master bedroom wow amazing!! We had a few challenges like the bathroom clogging and one of the blinds in the living room getting off track so it won’t go up but if those happened in the beginning of our vacay, the owner was on it right away to get fix! Overall a 5 star home! Thank you

Great

Property and people on site were great. Host was helpful when unexpected things went wrong. Beds were comfortable. View was amazing. There were a few restaurants in the area we were able to walk to. Easy to catch a Uber if going further.

What a view!

Julie's condo is the perfect spot to enjoy Miami Beach and surroundings - gorgeous view of the ocean and adjacent to the walking/bike path. Huge comfy L shaped couch to rest after a busy day. Nothing beats sitting on the balcony taking in the beach and path below. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place with great views

Great condo with amazing views of the ocean! Owner has everything you need if you want to go down and sit on the beach, or to just chill on the balcony. Building is under some renovation, but it didn't distract at all. Owner is quick to respond to any messages. Overall it's a great place to stay!
