The magic with the unit is its location. We are nestled in on a dead end street (no traffic) one block from Harpoon Hannas/Papa Grande/Catch 54, short walk from Fenwick Boardwalk or beaches, have assigned parking, and your own large private deck with expansive views of bay and bay activities. This allows for as much or as little activity as YOU choose! New appliances in fully stocked kitchen, upgrades to bathrooms, bed linens and bath towels provided!
Bring your bikes! Plenty to see and do!
The unit sleeps 6 comfortably. A queen pull out couch is provided for that extra friend.
Master has master bath, two other bedrooms share another bath, 1/2 bath downstairs. Large closets in two bedrooms., two beach chairs provided.

Great stay with nice bay view

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was super simple; and we loved the 2:30 check-in, much earlier than other properties. The property was obviously very clean and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing! We enjoyed many hours just lounging and enjoying a drink on the deck. The area was quiet and serene. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back for another stay!

A wonderful place to enjoy the water yet have some solitude. Close to the beach and more. For those who enjoy a good Bloody Mary, just a short drive to the Crabcake Factory for a full meal in a glass. Handy public beach access and Fisher’s being nearby for popcorn is bonus. What’s more, Meredith was an excellent host!

Beauty on the bay!

Meredith was an amazing host! House was calm , clean and beautiful! The view was gorgeous and our boys loved fishing off the dock! The location is peaceful and friendly! We can’t wait to go back !

I can’t say enough good things about Meredith and her beautiful beach home! The place was spotlessly cleaned, comfortable beds, and alluded a very welcoming feel. From the chic decor, to the absolutely stunning views, this was by far one my family’s best stays in OCMD. The location is quaint and quiet, tucked away in a small neighborhood with incredible views of the bay. Just a short drive and/or walk to many local staples. Not to mention, Meredith’s communication was outstanding, and timely in response. My family and I will certainly be renting from Meredith again!

Home Away from Home

This rental was the best we have ever been in and we have been renting yearly for MANY years. The fact that linens and towels were provided ranked high on my list of special comforts. The place was so clean and bright, and had a beautiful deck directly on the bay. Our weather was not the best, but it was a treat just lounging in this modern townhouse!

Great stay

The property is well kept up, all the beautiful views posted online were what we also enjoyed. Not having been to OC before, this was the perfect base for our family to explore OC and the Delaware coast. For us, this worked. We could walk to the beach in 20 minutes, or drive it in 3 and spend 20 minutes looking for an open spot ;-) Returing from a day out, it really addded to our enjoyment to wind down here, in a peaceful quite neighborhood just minutes from all of the excitement.

Fabulous week

The property owner was very accommodating. We had to revise our stay due to our son's fiancé's wedding shower. She was understanding and allowed us to come 2 days later and tack on another day at the end. The unit is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The view of the bay from the back door was so relaxing at the end of a long day of beach activity. I would definitely recommend this unit for vacation.

Nice place. Beautiful view. Disappointed that you couldn’t bring a boat due to condo rules for renters. Also, there is no grills The condo doesn’t allow grilling. For some reason a lot a flies if you ate outside. That was annoying. Not sure is this is normal or because of the season...
