Beautiful Beachfront and Bayfront House

Relax, breathe the ocean air, and create lifelong memories at this gorgeous beachfront and bay front open concept home. Just steps to your private beach to the front and with a private dock to the bay in the back, you will get the best of both worlds. Beautiful views throughout the home to the bay and to the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful time, relaxing at the beach, creating wonderful family memories, or sharing a romantic oceanfront experience.

PLEASE NOTE THE BEACH ACCESS WAS WASHED AWAY IN A STORM AND THE DUNES WERE REPLACED, CURRENTLY GUESTS WILL HAVE TO ENTER THE BEACH FROM AN ACCESS POINT ON EITHER SIDE OF THE HOME, BOTH OF WHICH ARE A APPROXIMATELY 3 MINUTE WALK

Each of the downstairs rooms contains a king sized bed and a smart tv. Upstairs, there are two bunk beds with four total twin sized beds. Beneath the home in the ground floor room there are several items for your enjoyment free of charge including several bicycles, sports equipment, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, two grills, two picnic tables and more.

There are decks front and back with furniture for lounging and lazing or for just enjoying the fantastic views. And remember to bring your kayak or jet skis!! The boat dock has had an extension added to make it easier to board. **please be aware that any activity that you or anyone in your group engages in is at your own risk and you are solely responsible**. **please be aware that the home was built in 1982 and, while there have been many improvements and modifications, certain details of the home show wear** **please note that 1 of the 3 bathrooms is outdoors behind the back staircase (see photos)**

Topsail Stay

Stayed over for a weekend getaway with my family, and we had a lot of fun. The location of the house is perfect, espcially when traveling with toddlers.

First, the positives: this house is in a great location, is pet-friendly, and has a nice private dock.Now, for the negatives: there are major issues with the listing and the condition of the property.First, the listing is misleading. The property is listed as having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It does not. It has 3 bedrooms and an open loft area with bunk beds. It also only has 2 working, indoor bathrooms. The third bathroom is outside and is not functional. It has no running water to the toilet or shower and is disgustingly dirty (see photos).Second, the property is in poor condition. It is in desperate need of a deep clean and many repairs. As previously mentioned, the outdoor bathroom is extremely dirty. The inside of the house is also pretty dirty. For example, the living room couch and rug are dirty and stained, there is trash and bits of old food under the couch, the ceiling fans are dusty, and many of the dishes in the cabinets are dirty, among other things. There are also a lot of broken things at the property, including but not limited to the baby gate on the front porch, the kitchen light fixture, several of the kitchen cabinets, the big clock in the living room, and the soap dispenser in the master bathroom. Also, several of the beach chairs and both boogie boards are broken, and the bikes have flat tires.Overall, this property has potential, but it really needs some cleaning, repairs, and an accurate listing. As is, it is not worth the price we paid.

Thank you for your review, Robert - we always appreciate constructive feedback that will allow for us to improve our guest's experience. There are some clarifications that we would like to make as some of the notes in your review are inaccurate or incomplete. The property has 4 bedrooms per MLS definition - what you are saying is accurate, but the upstairs is classified as a bedroom - we hope this is clear in our photos. The layout of the bathrooms is specified in our property description which specifically notes that one of the three bathrooms is outside. I apologize for the cleanliness of the bathroom, we have noted with our cleaners to ensure they do not forget the outdoor bathroom and this will not be a problem going forward. I apologize for the clock not telling the correct time and the flat tires on the bikes - there is an air pump on the property for this purpose. I'm sorry that you had these issues during your stay, we're going to ensure they are resolved and wish you all the best.

Perfect location

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children plus 2 fur babies. We loved our stay. My mom is already asking when we can go back. Kevin is very responsive and prompt with the replies. This is the perfect location with the ocean across the street and marsh in the back. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Amazing location

Nice home with beach in the front and the intracoastal waterway in the back. The kids and I had a lot of fun! The beach here wasn’t crowded at all. There are lots of good places to eat nearby, or a well stocked kitchen in the home. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Good value, great location

We visited during a tropical storm, and the owner was quick to reply, helped with a few issues, and was accommodating given our weather hiccups. The place is older but perfect if you are there to stay at the beach as long as possible. The sound side pier is a gem!

Nice location and great time!

We had a great time during our stay. The owner was responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. The house was clean and well stocked. We got to watch a sea turtle nest hatch right beside the beach access deck which was such an awesome experience! The beach is just steps away!

The house was very clean and the location was perfect. The inside of the house has some areas in need of fixing. Things including the floor transitions and light fixtures need repair. The floor transitions were our biggest area of irritation with having a toddler. The transitions were loose and falling off. The ping pong table advertised was not usable at all. Front door needs repaired badly along with other things . Cleaning person needs to start earlier and do a better job, we waited 1 hour in driveway for her to run through and clean it , 4:30 when she was done. She did not get there to start till 3:15

Great home and location.

Great view of the beach from the front deck. Beach access is just a few steps from the house. The common area is comfortable and spacious with lots of big windows and great light. The back deck overlooks the sound, and there is a path leading to a dock there. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are included which was very convenient. The house was very clean. The beach area is uncrowded.

The location to the beach was fantastic. No giant hills or stairs to get there. The host was very responsive and very welcoming. The house was not very clean though. Dog hair everywhere, some furniture was not even dusted. Light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling in the kitchen. Was not as stocked as I would have thought it to be, but that’s fine. The front door was hanging on by a thread and the tv didn’t work.

Magnificent wedding weekend on the sound

We searched the full length of New River Inlet Rd to find a venue for our intimate wedding of 25 people. No where fit the right combination of available beds, parking, yard size and price until we found this treasure! Every last detail was spot on to meet our needs. Kevin is very responsive and an excellent human; he made sure we had availability to all the amenities needed to make our day and graciously communicated his expectations for us to hold our event. The private dock on the sound is a dream location at sunset for photographs! We will see you back in a year for our anniversary!

Perfect for our family of 6!!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. The house was just as the pictures showed. Beautiful! Very spacious and nicely decorated. The house had all the essentials for cooking, linens, plus games and activities for the kids. The high chair and pack n play were a bonus for my little one. The location was perfect. You really do get the best of both worlds with the house being beach and sound front. It’s a short distance from the shops, restaurants and the grocery store. The large yard was nice for my children and dogs to play in. Our host was very attentive to any needs or questions we had. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

I enjoy the beach most when I have some space of my own. I visited Topsail for the first time several years ago and fell in love with the gorgeous beach and the privacy you have to relax and enjoy it to the fullest.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My property has a private pier to the inlet in the back, where you can watch the sunset as I have many times, each one is beautiful in its own way. You are close enough to the ocean to hear the waves even with the windows closed. With three king beds on the ground floor and several free amenities, I believe my property has everything you may need to have a vacation that you will never forget.
