Nestled on 14 Acres of property. This Home is a little piece of Heaven on Earth, step outside through the Modern French doors and out onto the deck which hovers over the river. Enjoy the glorious outdoors from sunrise to sunset. Grill and thrill all day long. Minutes from LAKE GEORGE AND SARATOGA. Plenty to do and many adventures to have nearby.

14 acres to walk and hike. Enjoy the pretty rustic woods and picnicking on the large bolder and hearing the rushing waters by the creek.
THE SPACE
This modern Farmhouse has stunning waterfront views of the HUDSON RIVER. It sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms , and 3.5 baths. The Main floor Great Room has breathtaking Sunset views of the River. Which you can enjoy from every room in the house. Enjoy the cool evenings by the fireplace.
Cook a great meal in a beautiful kitchen with a large 6 burner stove. The charming dinning room has a spacious table that seats 10 comfortably with a large pottery barn bench. This room features unique decor with touches of antique furnishings.
Upstairs in the Master bedroom find an en suite with modern shower and double vanity. The three bedrooms have full views of the water, and the other two partial views. The hallway leads out to a small balcony on the water side. If fun is your name then we got all the games; in our spacious GAME ROOM. Fully loaded with pool, ping pong and large shuffleboard table.
This vacation home away from home is perfect for families, couple get-aways and friends reunions. Whatever the occasion, you will fall in love with this property, and hopefully be a return guest for years to come.

This home was beautiful. Updated appliances, comfortable furniture. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The open kitchen made it great for all of us to be in there cooking and prepping meals. The backyard was picturesque! Right on the water, we had a great time seeing the boats going by. Sitting around the fire pit at night with the solar lights around us, great memories were made! There was plenty of space for us (7 people) to relax inside and out. The downstairs game room was full of fun activities. The host was communicative and quick to help with any questions or concerns.

Wonderful stay

We just returned from a fabulous stay. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The house was extremely clean and accommodated our group perfectly.

Perfect stay

Beautiful house with great amenities, lots of rooms and bathrooms for large groups, in a perfect location, relatively short drive to Lake George / Bolton Landing. Host was very attentive and responsive.

The house was beautiful, very clean, tastefully decorated. The bedrooms upstairs got warm at night, but we did have unusually hot weather for a couple days. The thermostat was not working correctly. The owner was very kind and accommodating trying to fix the problems. Bedrooms are in need of bureaus.

Pretty house in a beautiful location

House was situated right on the Hudson, which was lovely. It was nicely decorated, if a little light on certain provisions (no sponges, not much dishwasher detergent, no facial tissue, no extra towels (only one per person).Spacious, clean, and featuring nice appliances, we had a good stay and particularly enjoyed use of the kayaks.Some minor improvements such as screens on all (not some) of the bedroom windows, cotton sheets on all beds (especially since the upstairs isn’t air conditioned), blinds or shades on the windows (very bright in the summer), and more comfortable pillows would go a long way to making the bedrooms more comfortable.Host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.All in all, a good stay.

Amazing home, Amazing host!

Its a beautiful, modern, spacious property right on the lake. the hospitality from Jude was OFF THE CHARTS! Responded to each message within moments, and left us lots of goodies and extras that we were not expecting. My family and I were blown away by the attention to detail that we were provided with. If you're coming to this area, THIS is the place to stay!

Simply amazing!

This place is exactly as listed, beautiful and newly renovated. Seriously, the host left no room for want or need. We were welcomed by an incredibly thoughtful note and amenities that were greatly appreciated. It was very clean. The kitchen was stocked and well equipped. The game room was a huge hit with he kids. It was cold and rainy while we were there so we didn't make use of the chiminea, but we did hang out on the deck overlooking the river in between the rainfall. The host Jude was very attentive throughout our stay and was only a text or phone call away. We truly have no complaints and I could go on for days about how much we enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again.

A lovely spot - perfect for our family

We wanted somewhere that wasn’t in the main areas of lake George and Saratoga springs, but was close, that should we decide to go - it wasn’t too far. I can’t believe how lucky we were to find this property and stay there. Accommodation: just as advertised. Clean, everything we needed for our stay. Bathrooms x3, plentiful space, beds comfy. The main selling point is the view - it was perfect. You literally walk out and you are by the river. You can boat watch, bird watch, fish (dont forget to get your license), kayak, boat, or just chill (my favorite option). Most of the rooms have that view (sunsets are SPECTACULAR). Clean, lots of fun extras when you walk in. HOST: awesome. Great at communication, was polite every time, and sorted out our last minute request for something without batting an eye. Thank you. AREA: as I said - perfect….10 minutes to Glen Falls (Hannaford supermarket - awesome place), Corinth.5 minutes (great pizza/italian - Amiras I think…looks dodgy, great food though). 25 to Lake George (Bolton was nicer, just our opinion) and Saratoga Sprilngs - about 25 mins. Recommend the Automobile Museum in Saratoga Springs - quick visit, we had a docent tour - great information. For visitors - get a bird song id app (Merlin is good), take a breath and enjoy. This is a delightful place to rest and have fun. We will be back….
