This beautiful basement unit has 4 flag stone patios, pergola, and a deck with a beautifully landscaped yard that backs up to an open space with neighbors just on one side.

It has been remodeled with exceptional taste. The location is private, serene and has a large 1/3 acre lot with mature landscaping. This is a very relaxing property to live on in the most quiet part of town with no street lights or through traffic.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Very cozy and clean, perfectly located near the heart of Lyons while also feeling very secluded and private. Petra was a fantastic host-- super responsive and very friendly to deal with. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful host, communicative and available.Very comfortable beds and sitting area. Small kitchen area but had the necessities. This was the lower part of the home. Could loudly hear people above.Walkable distance to places in Lyons.

We had a wonredful stay and was walking distance to the downtown and Planet BlueGrass. Everything we oculd ask for with small children ! Hosts were vrey kind and helpful when needed.

Peaceful and Roomy

I stayed in Lyons for 5 days for a family member’s graduation. It was a solo trip but there would have been plenty of room to share with someone else. Petra was very communicative before my arrival. During my stay, Matt was attentive when I contacted him. Note: if others are staying in the attached house, you may be able to hear their voices and footsteps. However, this was only during the day. Petra & Matt really emphasize quiet hours in the evening, so sleep was very peaceful. I loved my home away from home and would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely property

Everything about our stay was great. There's plenty of room, and the unit is well equipped and comfortable. Parking was easy. This unit is the entire basement of a very nice home with another rental unit upstairs. The upstairs was occupied while we were there, but the basement has its own entrance and we didn't really hear or need to interact with the folks upstairs. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location and landing place for us as we spent our days in Estes Park visiting family. It was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck w/coffee in the early morning peacefulness. Checking in and out was convenient and Petra was very responsive with any of our questions. We also enjoyed being able to go for walk in the surrounding neighborhood with beautiful views of Lyons and the foothills or walk to downtown, the river or Moxie Bread for a treat. A great hiking trail is only about a 5-7 minute drive away.

Weekend in Lyons

The apartment was a perfect place to have as a landing spot in Lyons. It was a short walk to town and to the home of family who we were visiting. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed The only draw back was noise from neoghbors in the unit above-- footsteps were very loud and even quiet music was audible down below. Definitely used the fan to help block out noise when sleeping

Lovely location

The location was perfect for what we needed. The proximity to Rocky Mt National Park, Boulder and Longmont was ideal for us. The facility was very clean and the view from patio was serene. We even had an evening guest while relaxing on deck a mule deer. The heating was good along with all the amenities. Short walk to downtown Lyons was a plus. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable and quiet

The title of super host fits Petra well. She texted a welcome and reminder that we should use the beautiful, toasty warm stove. The house is set on a hill and the backyard faces a quiet and deeply peaceful gulch. We slept well on the perfect combination of a firm bed with cushy top. It's spacious with room to work as well as eat sleep and play. Great choice!

Its a very safe, quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown Lyons. Moxie bread just opened up which is right down the hill and has amazing pastries.

Lots of wild life and nice views. Beautifully remodeled house with new furniture.
