The house was beautiful and cozy. Up-to-date and with plenty of comfy amenities, but not reno'ed into soullessness. Lots of great art around the house! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and down to the St. Vrain creek path. Thanks very much for a nice place to stay!

This place was great! We stayed to move our college students into CSU and CSoM. Easy to get to both. Lots of little details in the house that made the stay very easy. Gadget chargers everywhere; good nightlights; good WiFi; great back deck; very close to downtown Longmont with lots of restaurant choices; and easy parking. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the property. It was well equipped and really cute. Alex was a responsive and accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area!

Worked well for us

Alex and Nina were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The house was quiet and very clean and had things we needed - nice to not need to shop for essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We appreciated the privacy, even being on a corner. And parking was easy off the alley. It was exactly what we needed for our family visit. We were also grateful for the A/C - having the hot summer days it was the perfect relief at to cool off and recharge. Thank you!

Great stay!

The location was exactly what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The kitchen was large enough for 4 adults to have breakfast together.The only improvement I could recommend is adding a railing to the back porch steps. One member of our group is very unsteady on their feet and a railing would have been useful.

So Comfortable!

Our stay at Timeless Elegance was perfect for our son's graduation from CU Boulder! We made dinner several nights and enjoyed eating on the deck. The beds were comfortable, and the house included lots of nice touches including a variety of chargers for phones and other devices. Alex responded right away about how to operate the upstairs shower. Couldn't have stayed in a more perfect place!

The home was only ten minutes away from our daughters home so it was very close and convenient. The house was very clean and comfortable, we felt at home. The neighborhood was awesome, craftsman homes fully decorated for Halloween and so close to the downtown shopping and restaurants. This was our first time using an air B&B and it was better and less expensive than most of the hotels in the area. We will absolutely stay again. We were close to Boulder and Golden where we like to visit. We would absolutely return even if my daughter moves because it was easy and far enough away from Denver and traffic. The only this I would suggest is that your lighting in the living room was low and I hit my head a few times not hard or anything.I could go on and on and have already referred people to your lovely home. We will see you again and thank you.

Great location, great host, great property

Easy check-in, great communication. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk into downtown. First floor bedroom and bath makes nice separation. Comfortable TV room, record player with some interesting and ironic old records are fun to go through. Kitchen has everything if you want to cook.

Lovely home in a terrific location

Alex was a terrific host and made our stay very cozy. When we arrived it was in the teens (winter) and the walkway was shoveled, the house was warmed up, and easy to get into. He has a fun collection of vinyl -we recommend Herp Albert and Keep Fit and Dance. We even discovered a hidden yoga room on our last day and was sad we didn't take advantage of the lovely space.

CSU Graduation

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from CSU in FoCo. The price was absolutely amazing for an entire house. It was about a 40 min drive for us to CSU each day, but so nice to return to the house with very comfortable beds and a very quiet neighborhood. The added touch of fresh irises from the yard was very nice. Communication with the owner was excellent. I’d love to come back and see what all the plantings in the front and back are as the season progresses. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Thank you so much.

Great house, great location.

We loved our stay in Alex’s house. The location is in a lovely area in Longmont, very walkable. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had problems with the WiFi and Alex was very responsive. He came over immediately and fixed what I had screwed up. (I put the connection in the wrong outlet). Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home!

This house is very clean, and cozy, and well appointed with useful things. For example, soaps and shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, etc! I was thankful for the thoughtful tech plugs etc…Plus, the house has a very loving vibe! My family of 6 adult people felt very Happy over Christmas vacation.And thank you to Alex , who was very communicative. We arrived very late on our first day and he was so kind to leave us plenty of coffee etc for the following morning. I would definitely stay here in the future, Again.

Great House in Longmont

Overall the house is a clean, well appointed charming home. The beds are comfortable, the basement yoga room is a nice touch as was the turntable and albums. The carpeting in the upstairs was very clean and cushy. The house is in a historic neighborhood close to the downtown area of Longmont along with close to our son's house so we will certainly hope to be able to rent the house again on future visits. A few suggestions: have more than 1 wine glass, more kitchen towels, the upstairs bathroom tub/tile needs a good scrubbing, and a new shower curtain liner.

Perfect place!

Our stay in Longmont was work related. We own a small business and my husband and a few of his employees stayed here. First off, they were really impressed with the host and his great communication. He made sure they had everything they needed for their stay and went out of his way to make them comfortable. He was easy to work with and great with communication. Next, they felt completely at home at this house. The house was nice, clean, in a good location and had all the amenities listed. They had everything they needed. Finally, we felt the price for this property was more than fair. We are usually pretty skeptical about staying places without reviews but we are glad we choose this place. If you are looking to stay in Longmont I would highly recommend staying here. As a matter of fact, we ended up extending our stay. Thank you Alex for being a great host!
