My family and I stayed 3 nights. We had everything we needed. The host was easily accessible and helpful. The house was spacious and clean! I would definitely book again.

Beautiful house for a fun stay

The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped ( though only 1 wine glass) and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were awesome which gives a definite glam touch! It was easy to get in and out and general location was great. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions very quickly. I highly recommend this property and it is perfect for a girls trip!

Responsive owner, great location, some issues

Large, new, beautiful home in transitional neighborhood at good price. Room for 11 women to stay close to convention with open plan, large kitchen. Saturday night brought neighbor's loud music and gunshots. Carpets were stained. Owner was professional and responsive, so all was well.

Disappointed

The garbage from the previous stay was full in the outside bin not allowing us the disposal we needed. The ice machine attached to the fridge was not working. A remote for the TV should be available for each television. The outside doorbell was poorly attached and eventually was inoperable after multiple uses.

Thanks for writing us review. Garbage pickup day is Wednesday and I messaged you about it. Ice maker on the fridge was working perfectly I personally checked after you checked out. Each TV have a remote control and attached on the wall by TV and living room TV’s remote control is on the coffee table in front of TV. Outside doorbell has been kicked by your guest and broken backside. I haven’t reported on you and called ADT to change it with new one. Thanks again for stayed our Glam Home and your review helped us improve our customer service.

Disappointed

I'm sorry to write this review but feel compelled to warn others who may rent this property. The overall house is fine, however, the carpet in the home had horrible dark spots all over. To the point where you could see someone's footprint on it. The walls also had spots and marks but we got past all that as it provided the space we needed to accommodate our family. What made the stay disappointing is the fact that we had four Uber drivers cancel DAYTIME rides to pick us up from the neighborhood as well a hearing 20-30 gunshots (not firecrackers) go off right outside the door after midnight. We hit the floor as we didn't know what to expect next. The police never showed up. You can tell this house has had a lot of rental activity from how the inside looks and the fact that there were only two reviews posted should be cause for concern. If you decide to rent this property, do so with caution as it is in a neighborhood in what seems to be the beginning stages of transition.

Thanks Lisa for staying in our Glam house and thanks for left us review even thought we both know from where your anger is coming and negative reviews because you asked me to refund or I ll left bed review. . First, about carpet as I explained you that every other month we are deep cleaning and some guests just like you not treating our house like their house and making spots on carpet, damaging walls, putting a lot of toilets paper and not flushing items for clogging just like did. What about 20-30 gunshots you made up this story because you had flight early morning and you need to check-out 2 AM. You were trying to get last day refund because you left early to catch your flight. I went out there asked neighbors about gunshot even I contact with next door host who also has guest right next house of our house and they all didn’t hear even firecrackers. It’s interesting if you scared of gunshots how you went outside and packed up for check-out, wasn’t that dangerous ?
