This spacious condo also includes 2 patios for relaxing and taking in the view of the lake from the kitchen or the side patio area. You are conveniently located to the lake, boat launch, hiking, jogging, world Famous London Bridge, restaurants, shopping and the English Village.
Windsor Beach condo community is a very desirable area and would be perfect for traveling Nurses, Doctors and Professional, it is very quiet and this condo is an end unit with only 1 neighbor.

This condo is in one of the most desirable condo neighborhoods. It is gated, kept in great condition, has a community pool and spa, and nice walking path around the complex. It has a gate to exit the complex to walk to the lake. Super nice views from the complex.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
It is an end unit, has only 1 immediate neighbor and the interior is tastefully decorated and is a great place for Doctors, Nurses, Teachers or other professional business people in need of a rental while staying in Havasu for a few months.
It is also good for individuals traveling to the lake that want to book for several months and park a jet ski trailer in the garage rather than towing back and forth from their home state. We also have an area in the complex where a boat and trailer can be parked if outside parking is an option for guests.
