Enjoy striking panoramic ocean views over Calumet Park out to the ocean from this 3-bedroom, 4-bath spacious home located just two blocks from the ocean in the Birdrock neighborhood.
A beautiful view deck with a seating cluster around a fire pit, an outside dining table for 6, and a barbecue is a perfect place to relax, recharge, and bask in the beauty - either with morning coffee before your day's adventures or an evening libation after them.
Enter the main level of this 2-story, 2800 sq. ft. home and find yourself in a spacious great room with beautiful ocean views from every angle. The living area of this room features a fabulous ocean view, access to the well-furnished deck, and a fireplace positioned so you can enjoy both it and the ocean view at the same time.
Right next to it is an ocean view dining room for 8, which is accompanied by a modern designer kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances, European oak flooring, quartzite countertops and cherry kitchen cabinetry. A large island completes this area, which has everything you need to satisfy your culinary need.
An office with a desk and printer adjacent to a full bathroom makes a working vacation doable. A master bedroom with slider access to the ocean view patio, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan for your comfort, and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower completes this level.
The lower level has 2 additional queen bedrooms, each with access to the back viewing deck. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. There is also another full bathroom and a laundry room on this level. Also on this level is a den or bonus room with its own closet, a large flat screen TV, and a sleeper sectional. This room can be converted to another bedroom if needed.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds and all bed and bathrooms are outfitted with a plentiful supply of premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.
Additional amenities include WIFI, cable, and an outdoor shower. There is no garage parking, but there are two driveway spots and additional street parking if needed.
