Management company were easy quick to respond! Location location location! We had littles and it was perfect spot to walk to shops, food and the beach and not have to find parking ect! I would love to stay again!

Lovely home. Great living space and excellent bathrooms. Loved the porch. It would have been nice to have a working dishwasher. Perhaps a few hot pads and a few more dish towels since we had to hand wash. But location and garage parking were primo benefits!

In the best location, the house was very clean, and we had everything we needed. We had two little kids, grandparents with us, and plenty of room. We would stay here again!

Location location location. This home served as the perfect home base for a full week family vacation. We did it all including days at the unique beaches within walking distance, but it also made trips to Lego Land, Coronado and Petco park very easy.It was also great being able to try all the great restaurants in walking distance.I would highly recommend the property for cleanliness and general layout as well. All the natural light really let the weather of La Jolla shine! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location for a few days in La Jolla! This home was clean, cozy, updated, filled with natural light, well laid out, and pertfectly situated for a quick walk to the water and Village. Would definitiely return for our next trip to San Diego - this was a signifciantly better home base for a family w/ teens than the couple nights we stayed downtown. Thank you Cody.

Excellent location!

This is an amazing property in an amazing location. You are less than a 5 minute walk to the "Children's Pool" to view the seals and less than 10 minutes to the La Jolla Cove. Beautiful area to walk around and explore. You will be able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Property is spacious and clean. Area and the home was peaceful. Highly recommend!

I could live in this house.

Great location. Great spaces for everyone to hang out and be competitive. Bathrooms were fabulous. Beds were comfortable. THE KITCHEN WAS ACTUALLY FABULOUS. All thumbs us for this one.

Perfect accommodations a block from the beaches of La Jolla with plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms along with an upscale kitchen (although we ate out most of the time), large table on the enclosed deck and comfortable sitting room worked great for the four of us. We would definitely come back. Thanks to Cody our host for his timely and attentive communication.

We loved the location of this property in beautiful LaJolla. The house was wonderful for my husband and my two college kids. We wish the larger garage bay was available for our midsize SUV but it seems to be used by home owner for storage. Street parking is not always available when arriving later at night. Upon arrival we saw that our master toilet has been used and not flushed/cleaned - the rest of property was spotless. We also had very quick attention for a shower drain that’s was clogged. Thank you! The beds - especially master- were not comfortable and should be replaced especially for this price point. The location is redeeming point with the walk to so many great sites - sea lions, great restaurants and coastal views!

A True Jewel in La Jolla!

What a great place to unwind. The house was beautiful with all of the furnishings well-appointed. The design elements were first class! Loved the big eating area and a really nice kitchen. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds really comfortable. Super grateful for onsite parking space and access to laundry. The location was also perfect. A really short walk to the beach as well as the town with lots of shops, restaurants and art galleries. I especially loved taking a walk each morning and swinging into the local coffee places, Better Buzz was my favorite!

LaJolla Stay

Our rental here was so lovely! The area is perfect and is walkable to everywhere we wanted. The home is extremely comfortable with nice beds, linens and towels. And the prompt communication with Cody made for smooth check in and check out.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We had an incredible weekend stay for a long weekend trip for our family of four. It is an amazing property. Great communication from the owners which is always appreciated and everything was exactly as described. Easy walking distance to a good variety of restaurants and coffee. A block from the beach and the Children’s Pool. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area.
