BRAND NEW Vacation Suite steps from Lucius Woods County Park & Lake St. Croix!

Brand new vacation suites in the heart of Solon Springs, Wisconsin. Suite Evelyn is across the road from the county park (Lucius Woods) with an amphitheater, campground, playground and beautifully maintained beach. New construction built designed just for you! Side by side opposite entrance full size suite similar to a tiny home layout but much larger. The suite has an open concept layout that allows you to be present while cooking or hosting. A 4 guest max for 1 suite and if you reserve the whole house, (book both suites) there is an 8 guest limit.

Moody & romantic bedrooms with luxury linens and a queen size bed overflowing with goose down pillows. A full bathroom with a custom walk in shower, a dining area for four, a fully stocked coffee bar, a full kitchen with brand new appliances and quartz countertops. A cozy living area with a pull out sofa sleeper for two and a smart TV. The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet.

All of the necessities and more are provided to make you feel right at home. Plush towels and robes for two. The kitchen comes fully equipped to meet all of your needs. Outdoor living spaces with beautiful furniture and games are an added bonus.

We are excited to host you and look forward to providing the best experience for you and your loved ones while visiting Sunny Solon Springs!

This was a great place to stay for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding in Solon Springs. The host, Ashley, was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. We would stay again.

Good weekend away

Quiet location and calm space to stay. We spent time traveling around Duluth,MN- Bayfield,WI and Hayward, WI, and it was great to have an easy, centrally located home to stay in. The home was furnished with everything we needed. There was some train noise, but we had packed a small fan for white noise, and were lulled back to sleep. This home will be on our short list to return to. Thank you!

Family Reunion

Ashley was very attentive while we were there. Excellent space for two adults. Cottage was convenient to what the small village of Solon Springs had to offer.

Host was great to work with. Place is small but super cute and like new. Could have used a floor or table lamp as the can lighting was harsh. Train noise was a thing we didn’t expect. Overall a really nice cozy spot.

Excellent Birkie house

This vacation property appeared to be newly remodeled. Every square inch was adorable and clean. It was close to the Birkie and a perfect place to stay with my daughter after a long day of skiing. The owners are responsive and attuned to details.

Super Perfect Cabin in The Woods!

Where this cabin truly shines even more than the impeccable decor is in the care provided by the cabin’s owner. This lovely family provides several services & access to separate services in and around Solon Springs. From a tasty treat at the local bake shoppe to renting a boat- they’ve got you covered! I will be sure to book again next time we’re in town at this charming & fabulously designed space and I’m very grateful for all the care and comfort provided by the owners! <3!

We are a family run small business that believes in investing heavily in our small but mighty community. We started in the real estate business as a house flipping team, ended up keeping some residential properties and turning them into long term rentals and now we are dipping our toes into the short term rental venture! I (Ashley) love interior designing, shopping for vintage treasures, gardening, and making anything old, beautiful again. Dustin is the builder, the one who makes all of my visions come to life and even better than my initial vision. We have 4 beautiful girls and too many fur babies to name. We can wait to hear your feedback and make your stay the best yet!

Solon Springs has a small town family feel. In the last it was a Joplin’ tourist destination. Our goal is to do as much as we can to help it be a place that our children want to return to.

We don’t think there is anything like our property in Solon Springs or surrounding areas. No detail was left undone. The fun but functional, romantic and moody feel with a mixture of design features are sure to make you feel at home. We will not only provide a safe, clean, comfortable, beautiful space to lie your head but also give you an experience and a space to create lasting memories that will have you coming back for more!
