Beautifully remodeled with vinyl flooring throughout the living area, tile in the bathroom. Spacious bathroom with a tiled shower, ample counter space & lighting, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. Semi-private wall separates the living area from the bedroom area. Flat screen TV's in both areas! Bring your boat and park in the designated boat parking area or rent a boat slip $45/day! Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.
