Quiet and comfortable remodeled studio with balcony
Bay Tree B3 is a studio condo on the second floor, no elevator access. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and catch glimpses of ships passing through the bay channel and watch the fireworks show on July 4th and NYE while drinking your beverage of choice. Beautifully remodeled with vinyl flooring throughout the living area, tile in the bathroom. Spacious bathroom with a tiled shower, ample counter space & lighting, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. Semi-private wall separates the living area from the bedroom area. Flat screen TV's in both areas! No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. "The community pool is closed for renovations and will re-open at the end of April"
