Luxury lake home, private sandy beach, huge covered double dock.

We principally cater to families that want to enjoy our very unique beautiful and tranquil setting. The house and dock are surrounded by nature on your own private sandy white beach. Close to dining, golf and entertainment in a central location on the main lake. Huge covered boat dock with two boat slips available to you, a jet ski lift, two dining areas, tables and chairs for twelve, two bench swings, a hanging chair all under cover on the dock with room to spare. Electricity, lighting, ceiling fan and WIFI at the dock. Immerse yourself fully in the sunrises from the upper dock sundeck or on two long decks at the house. Come enjoy the lake from our unique setting. We often see deer, beaver, raccoons, groundhogs, snakes, great blue heron, hawks, owls and eagles passing by.

Fun for all ages, plenty of space for sun lovers on the beach and sun decks. The covered dock area provides abundant protection for shade seekers. Our beach has a gentle slope with a sandy bottom, prefect for young children to play. We have a big bag of sand toys for the little ones. Life jackets available for infants and toddlers. The house has two pack-n-plays, two bouncer seats and high chair. Lots a children’s books in the library too. Fishing is excellent with just off the dock being a favorite spot for the local fishing guides. We catch stripers, bass, catfish and sunfish. We have a powerful low spotlight at the corner of the dock that brings in mesmerizing schools of fish most every night.

The lake house has two master suits, one with a steam shower, two full kitchens and two large porches overlooking a panoramic view of the lake. Three of the bedrooms and two and half bathrooms are on the main level, largest kitchen is on the main level which is all wheelchair accessible. Gas grill and Green Egg with fuel available on porch just off main kitchen. Parking for five cars with two garage spaces for you. Kitchen is stocked with most spices and other basics. There is a ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot (indoor basketball game), foosball table and full gym for those looking for more physical activities. The downstairs kitchen has an ice maker that produces 50 lbs of ice daily. The downstairs bedroom connects to it’s own bathroom with a steam shower. A fire pit is set up on the beach when the lake is low enough for s’more, relaxing and catching the evening color show as the sun sets.

My husband and I are minutes away if needed and happy to assist with questions about the house or lake. Boat rentals are close by and some service providers will deliver to the dock with a fully gassed up boat. One slip has a 10,000 pound boat lift set for a wakeboard boat or a V hull type boat. The second slip is open for a pontoon style boat. Both sides of the dock have bumpers and cleats for docking larger boats. The depth of the dock ranges from 11 feet at the deeper end to 5 feet at the shore side, plenty deep for parking big boats. The dock is 42 feet on the sides and set up with built in bumpers.

The house is situated on a peninsula, at the edge of the lake and surrounded by a forest of hardwoods. Peaceful and serene but still close to Lake Lanier Islands and many restaurants by boat or car. Locally it’s a short drive to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. Newly renovated kitchen and laundry room. Also the property has sound level monitoring equipment both inside and out which does not record conversations, but rather sound level. Routine outside landscape maintenance may take place during your stay. The home is in a hardwood forest, we have frequent treatments to eliminate bugs but they still occasionally make their way into the house given an opportunity. We apologize for the tenacity of our woodland creatures and hope for your understand that this is part of living in a forest.

in 2019, our county government enacted an ordinance which limited rentals to 30 days or more. We are one of the few properties in the county which has grandfathered/vested rights claims for rentals of one week or more.
