Esta propiedad de Boat Club ofrece unas vacaciones familiares perfectas o un retiro ejecutivo. Este lugar es especial! La finca se construye en gran parte a partir de árboles cosechados a partir de la limpieza de su lote de construcción. La nueva construcción en 2017 ha estado aquí por más de 100 años. El hogar está diseñado específicamente para atraer y reconectar a las personas. El hogar "nos dicen" también es perfecto para reuniones corporativas y formación de equipos. Aléjese del entorno corporativo o comercial en este entorno de vacaciones en el lago perfecto.

La decoración es perfecta en todos los 10 dormitorios, 11 baños completos y 2 medios. Las cocinas, bares y salas de estar son grandes y acogedoras. Increíble cueva del hombre a nivel de piscina. Fácil de caminar al muelle del barco.

Perfect Thanksgiving Weekend

22 members of our family spent the Thanksgiving weekend at Timber Estate and it was almost as if this house was built for us. There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bunkrooms, each with its own private bath; perfect when we each needed a break from our crowd. There were all sorts of recreational opportunities, both indoors and out; no one was ever bored. Our family gathers annually for Thanksgiving; this year, the raves were all about the house. The hosts were super communicators, providing helpful information and advice before and during our stay. There are not enough words to convey how wonderful this property is, especially if your group is large and covers almost every age and gender. Our only surprise was that there was no bath soap in any of the bathrooms, but this was more than offset by all the great features throughout the property. Highly recommended.

Perfect for Family

We had a wonderful weekend with family of all ages! Plenty of room for kids to play and have fun. They loved being in the pool and our elderly mother could sit on the deck on the main level and see everything that was going on! We hope to do it again next year!

Best Home for a Big Team Meeting

We booked the house for a team meeting & it exceeded expectations. The home is beautiful, the beds & pillows were so cozy, and the service was top notch. If I could book a multi year reservation I absolutely would!

Awesome Stay

We had our bi annual family reunion this past week with a total of 22 adults and teens. The house was very spacious in all the bedrooms and public spaces. The pool and dock were just as nice as they look in the pictures. The owner stopped by to check the trash and cleaned the pool for us after a storm blew through and the pool guy wasn’t available. We have rented several lake homes over the last 12 years and this is one of the best.

Corporate Retreat

Short corporate retreat. Ample space and activities for a corporate retreat. Technology and home features were easy to use and the host was very accommodating. Will look for future opportunities to use this space.

Would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and very clean. We loved that none of us had to share bathrooms. I would recommend bringing extra blankets. We didn’t have enough.

ALL of us were SUPER impressed, SUPER comfortable, & didn't want to leave!! Phenomenal spacious 3 levels impeccably built & furnished - SO LOVELY!! Plus, Steve with N GA Boating Club could not have been more accommodating, friendly, helpful - ETC!! Several of our guests are considering for their families! Worth every penny

Best family reunion ever!!!!

We rented two pontoon boats provided at the dock for 3 days. Kids LOVED being on the water. Home is beautiful, well equipped, and gave us a lot of room to spread out as well as great places to congregate. Steve was very helpful and supportive (quick response to questions by text), amazing kitchen, lots of fridge space(s), pool table, excellent location close to grocery store as well. Highly recommend!! Not a place for wild parties since there are close neighbors. We were all worn out and in bed before 10. Would definitely consider going back again. We had 17 adults and 6 kids. Only with a 10 star rating was possible...

Sales Retreat

Great property for a sales retreat or multi-family getaway! The house is beautiful and has plenty of space. Only negative is how you can hear people walking around easily when in bed at night bc everything is wood.

Executive Retreat

Amazing. Truly one of the best VRBOs I've ever rented. The house was perfect for our retreat - so many bedrooms and even more bathrooms. The location was great. The decor is easy and relaxing. Several spots for meetings- upstairs, downstairs, and outside. Chef Stacy was terrific, Laura taught us an amazing yoga class and provided a great healthy brunch, and Andy's boat ride was fun (As was dinner at the Twisted Oar). I highly recommend this property and we plan to use again. Thank you so much for making the week super easy and very productive.

Best place on lake for large families

Great location fabulous pool nice and professional owner manager very responsive. Excellent cleanliness and lots of room. Boat delivery a huge plus North Georgia Boating club huge benefit right to dock! Great parking lots of spaces to hang for big families A+ five stars !!

Great reunion site

A family reunion ages 1 to 80. Great house, nicely spread out over 3 floors. The pool/hot tub was great but a little tricky to operate. Having the boat club boats right at our dock was awesome. They delivered early and picked up late. Host was very accommodating. I will definitely book this property again.

We had such a great time when we hosted our company offsite at this property. The host was very communicative and helped us with everything we needed prior to arrival! Including chef, hiking & transportation recommendations. The house was clean, well equipped and was so beautiful!

The Estate

A great place with plenty of room and we especially liked the covered porches and the pool. The kitchen and bar had just about everything our group needed. We'll be back next year.

Excellent property for an Executive Retreat!

We hosted a two night retreat here for our executive team of 9. It was the perfect, quiet, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. We used the great room as our main meeting space and were able to project slides onto the flat screen TV; plus there were plenty of other common areas and nooks for smaller breakout spaces. Each exec had their own private bedroom and bathroom, plus there were 3 additional bathrooms in the common areas. We hired a fantastic chef, Stacy Preece, recommended to us by the property manager, who far exceeded our expectations. She purchased all of the food and prepared all of our meals on-site; it was excellent! We also hired a pontoon to pick us up at the dock and take us out on the lake for a sunset boat cruise one evening. That was wonderful as well. Our experience at this property was very positive and would highly recommend to others. Well done!
