Drop anchor in our studio only steps to the beach

Second Floor Studio with Balcony, full kitchen and bathroom. Full size bed as well as two twins. Located only a few short steps to the beach and boardwalk.
The space
Located on the second floor, private entrance, sleeps 4 comfortably 1 double 2 twins. Tv, Wi-Fi, AC, Full kitchen with coffee maker, blender, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Linens provided. Patio area with BBQ grill and seating located out back for all guests to use. We have a loading zone in front of building for check in, a parking pass is provided for lot at end of street, Church St. Lot (short walk). During the off season parking is provided across the street. Off season is November 1-May 31 (1 vehicle only)
Other things to note
During the off season November 1 - May 31 this unit may only be occupied by up to 3 guests. Parking during the off season is limited to 1 vehicle.

Second time we stayed there. Just as great as the first time. Slightly better since we knew the lay of the land...where to park, eat and enjoy all that Hampton has to offer.

The pictures of the property were misleading. The pictures made it seem as though the patio was part of the room. The building is very tight, the set up is a weird mix between an apartment and hotel, minus an ice machine. If you have kids and just planning on being at the beach all day and just there to sleep and shower it isn’t a bad option. The only massive inconvenience is parking. You have to cross 2 moderately busy, one-way roads, in total roughly 200 yards (not in a straight line) to get to the parking lot.

Location, Location, Location

This place is so close to the beach that it was closer than the public restrooms. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Getting to the beach is a 2 minute walk...3 if you're a slow walker. We stayed in room 2. It's small but it has everything you need. Kitchen is stocked for cooking if you're so inclined, but why would you? You're on vacation. The bunkbeds are nice if you have kids. I'd only ask the owner to add some kind of rail for the top bunk. My kid is a fitful sleeper and if she had slept up there, I'd be a little scared of her falling out. The deck is nice and cool in the evening after a day of sun at the beach. The owner answered our questions and made sure we were all set. Parking was easy. Can't say enough good things about the place and location. No stress whatsoever...except for the tourist prices...but you're on vacation.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations

Wonderful small cottage room that included outdoor seating. We were impressed with all the thoughtful items that allowed for great utilization of the space. Nooks for personal items, space for luggage, bars for hanging items, a kitchen with the basics but still plenty of space for the food we brought. We especially loved the location. One block from the beach but removed enough from the main road to be quiet at night. The place very clean and staff was on hand if there was anything we need. Made for a wonderful weekend getaway.

Short and sweet ocean visit

The accommodations were clean and well stocked perfectly for us. Location was also good as the ocean was a quick walk right out our door, quietly tucked away from the noisy Hampton strip. Unloading when we arrived, and packing up to leave with a space designated for this, was also very convenient and easy. Staff were friendly too! With four in our group, the only mention is about the older bed with an obvious dip in the middle, not at all friendly for accommodating two people, so one person had to sleep on a thermarest camping pad on the floor. It was only two nights, so not a dealbreaker, but any longer would’ve been drawing straws for the floor ‘bed’. The two bunk beds were great!

Everything was perfect. The location and the proximity of the beach was optimal. The loft had everything we needed. We will be back.

Cozy & Efficient to our needs

The space was cozy , clean and close by to the beach , short walking distance . Parking was a small walk from the house but they accommodated for two vehicles with parking passes , which was great. Id definitely would stay again , the host of the property was great with responses on any questions Via Email.
