Semanal alquiler de verano disponible justo en el corazón de la playa de Hampton disponibles para alquilar en julio, agosto y septiembre. Este apartamento "estudio" estilo renovado recientemente duerme 2-3 adultos y cuenta con una cocina pequeña pero funcional / rincón comedor un patio trasero de la parrilla y mesa junto con muchas otras comodidades pintorescas ... Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación! Está a pocos pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y acceso a la playa está a pocos pasos de distancia! Este es el lugar perfecto para la pareja buscando una escapada para una semana o un par de amigos para compartir juntos!

Everything you could need was here!

Great little place with everything you need while on vacation! Even a clothes line downstairs to dry your beach items! Only problem we had were the people upstairs. They were up till 2 and then back up at 7 stomping, not walking, stomping and it sounded like they were rearranging furniture all day and night! No problem with the music next door, great place, or people out front late, its the beach! Owner was great too!

Perfect for our needs

We had a wonderful stay. My daughter and I do not require much. A clean, comfortable place is all we need. It was perfectly located. Next door to a karaoke/bar/restaurant was a plus for us! Richard was a great host. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

Great experience!

Rick was an excellent host. The property was clean and cool when we arrived on a hot summer day. We were comfortable during our stay and enjoyed being right across from the beach. Rick was more than accommodating allowing us a later check out so we could stay in the area long enough to spend out Sunday morning kayaking. Highly recommend this host and property. Thank you so much Rick!

Adorable Apartment Near the Beach and Boardwalk

Clean, comfortable unit with all the necessities for a great stay. Convenient walking distance to everything. Dog friendly, off-street parking. Great landlord.

I have to say, with all the places I’ve stayed this is the best! Rick was nothing short of amazing & his property was the same! I would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a place with everything included this is it!

Hidden Gem

This is a small place, but you get so much more than a hotel room. Yes, it is next to a karaoke bar, but we had no issues with that. It was nice being able to just walk next door for dinner and drinks and being able to just walk back without worrying about driving. You can also walk to the strip as well as to the beach. We will definitely will stay here again if the opportunity comes up.

Cute spot great location!

Great location- minutes to the beach and bernies! Barely noticed the bar next door and the host provides ear plugs just in case! The day beds were very comfy but I will say if you’re over 6’ it may be tight quarters in the bathroom (I’m 5’10” and it was tight but manageable). The host was accommodating and responsive and even let me check in early! Would stay again!

Smallest place and noisier place

This property was so small!!! No need just daybed couch and kitchen and bathroom were in a basement. This of not annoying was tolerable compared to the bar noise from the bar right next door!!! I had a dog comp next morning and me and dog were so tired!!! Drunk people hanging out front of house woken up every hour!! Manager only refunded me $100 I'm beyond upset and will think twice about renting from vrbo again!!!

Just right

I travel alone and look for affordable comfortable and clean locations. This place was all of that and suited me perfectly. Very cozy and mindful of the fact that folks like me often forget small things like a tooth brush or nail file. The host had me covered with hotel sized packets of individual goodies for personal care. I was very impressed with how this small venue was designed so we'll. Nothing was missing from sweet little galley kitchen to every appliance you'd need to be able to cook,grill and entertain a couple of guests. I will be going back!

This place in just right for two people. Wish there was a larger frig/freezer but we made it work. Only negative is the shower is a bit small, reminds me of an RV wet bath. There is everything you'd need to include plenty of kitchen items. We liked the location and really never notice the karaoke bar next door. There was noise above us each day, it sounded like they were arranging furniture but it was every day just during the day. We had some trouble getting ahold of the owner the day of check in which is odd because when I had several questions prior to renting the property the owner responded very quickly. The owner was very helpful, we would rent here again.

Perfect 5 day get-away

Everything provided by the property owner

A very nice, compact, well maintained property. The owner provided all the extras and the ac and television were both a welcome relief from the road. Highly recommended.

Best stay at Hampton thus far!

My wife and I come up every year for the seafood festival and have been for about 5 years now. Each time before we stayed at a hotel or motel in the area. While those places were fine for being such establishments, Rick's property just tops all of that. He provides all necessities and keeps the place super clean. Pet friendly was our big thing as we traveled with our cat as well and Rick was incredibly accommodating. Wife and I will be planning a stay here again next year!

All the essentials in Hampton Beach

Richard’s place had all the necessities for a ocean-side stay and was mere feet from the beach. He was very accommodating with our late arrival time. Grateful to find his place for a last minute trip with our dog !

The property manager is a really nice guy! Place is clean and kept up really nice! The beds are comfy and you have everything you need to have a good time!
