When you step into our unit, you will be blown away by the calming beach decor. You will love the floor to ceiling windows across one wall of the unit which provide a front row seat to the sights and sounds of the sea. The large balcony has comfortable furniture for enjoying the breaking waves and the flocks of pelicans that frequent our area.
Our unit has a beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom and upscale furnishings. Young kids will love the new custom built bunk beds. The queen size pull out sofa with gel foam mattress provides another comfortable sleeping option (Coming in June). Parents will love the dual vanities in the bathroom as well as the large walk in shower and king bed with luxury linens.
Relaxation options are many... from chilling in the comfort of the unit, to having a glass of wine on the balcony, we've made everything comfortable and beautiful. When you're ready to get wet, you can jump into one of the 3 pools, soak in the hot tub, or head to the the pristine beach which is just steps away.

My wife and I live in San Antonio, Texas. We got into hosting in 2017 and have owned a number of properties. We love being able to bless others with a wonderful place to stay. We only buy properties in places that we enjoy visiting ourselves and we go the extra mile with our properties to provide a level of design and amenities that we appreciate when we travel. We feel like we are blessed to be a blessing and pray that each of our guests has a wonderful stay. We also do our best to be responsive to our guests needs and continuously improve based on guest feedback.

When we first visited Port Aransas, Mayan Princess caught our eye. When we had an opportunity to buy a unit in Mayan Princess, we jumped at it and thankfully things worked out. We love that its in a quiet part of Port Aransas that is less crowded and yet is convenient to both Corpus Christi and Port Aransas.

We believe that we have one of the best units in a fabulous resort. The combination of beautiful new upgrades with the charm of the original saltillo tile floors creates a unique style that you're unlikely to find elsewhere on the Island.
