At night, warm up by the wood stove inside or start a campfire outside.

Private dock on site; boats are welcome
Be at ease with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors
Motorboats and jet skis are welcome on the lake
Local ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.

This is a primary residence. Please message me about potential bookings and dates as I am flexible, I just need several days notice to make sure the house is ready to be used as a rental.

Early check in is available on request and we will do our best to accommodate when we can.

**We do keep the road plowed for guests during the winter months, but do not advise booking unless you have a truck with four wheel drive during winter**

**The lake is great for snow mobiles in Jan/Feb/March after the lake is thoroughly frozen. We are close to many trails that have easy access from this area, some can be accessed directly from the lake **
