This newly furnished home with large private yard is minutes’ drive to Sandy Neck/Scorton Neck Beaches, Sandwich Historic District, Mashpee Commons, Heritage Museum/Gardens, ferry access to Nantucket/Martha’s Vineyard, premier biking paths, shopping/antiquing, restaurants, playgrounds and many more iconic Cape destinations. The home boasts 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 ½ beautifully updated bathrooms, a loft office, a newly and tastefully renovated kitchen, a living room with a beautiful fireplace to enjoy all year long, and an oversized outdoor patio. It is perfect for a large family, featuring a first-floor primary bedroom with a king size bed and private adjoining full bath, another first floor bedroom with a queen size bed and easy access to 1/2 bath, and a second-floor bedroom with a queen and two twin beds and also easy access to a full bath. Outside, enjoy the home’s private and large fenced in yard that abuts beautiful conservation land, a beautiful large deck with ample space for eating and lounging under a large Sunsetter awning, an outdoor heater for those chillier nights, a grill, and a beautiful outdoor shower that is perfect when returning from a day at the beach.

Guests are able to access all parts of the home and private yard, except for the basement and 1 of our 2 sheds.

Q: What kind of coffee maker do you offer?
A: We have a drip coffee maker that is standard size (10-12 cups).

Q: What if we don't want to bring our own linens?
A: No problem! We have a fantastic linen service that can offer sheets and bath towels (not beach towels) that we would be happy to help arrange for you.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: We ask that you leave your pets at home during your visit with us!

Q: Can we smoke on property?
A: No smoking of any kind is allowed on property. We also ask that you not use any candles.

Q: Is your check-out time flexible?
A: Turnover time in the cape is a very tight one! We cannot accomodate late check-outs due to this and require the home to be fully empty by 10:00am on check-out day. We always arrive promptly at 10:00am on those days to prepare the home for our next guest. We truly appreciate your understanding on this matter, as do our next guests.
