Pet Friendly Beach House - Sleeps 7, Across Street from Private Sagamore Beach

A PET FRIENDLY 3-bedroom, 2 full bath Sagamore Beach house on Phillips Rd., just steps away from a private beach. The master bedroom on the top floor has a king-sized bed with a private deck with beach and sunrise views. On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a full-sized bed and the other has a bunk bed (single on top and full on the bottom). Each bedroom has an AC unit, there are also ceiling fans throughout the house. Ample deck space in both front and back of house to enjoy the views and relax after a long day at the beach. Access to the Cape Cod Canal bike path at the end of the road.

- There is a $100 non refundable service charge for allowing to have a pet in the house.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay…the house was close to the canal and had its own private spot on Sagamore beach just steps away. Plenty of restaurants near by. Lovely decks and areas around the home to sit and relax.

The house is clean & has a great location! 2 min walk to the beach - finding Seaglass was so fun! Owners responded quickly to anything we needed. We would stay here again!

The host was always quick to reply. We found it very helpful that they labeled the light switches. Very convenient feature, the home has keyless entry. Our two favorite parts 1) we could bring our dog and 2) the home is across the street from a private beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Wonderful Short Stay

Even though this was just a brief stay up in Mass, the location and resident was fantastic! My family enjoyed the location of the beach. Everything was very comfortable and the neighbors were delightful. The owner Tony was always available for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

June getaway

Ocean Blue and neighborhood was as advertised. The house was immaculate, the neighbors were very friendly and the beach was amazing! It was the perfect setting as we celebrated our sons graduation from Ma Maritime Academy! We are definitely hoping for a return trip!

Reunion weekend

We went to this beautiful home for a 35th high school reunion in the area. The home was perfect for the 5 of us and close to the beach. While we were there there was a hurricane and the home owner was very generous and kept in communication with us. Would definitely stay again..

Beautiful and cozy weekend getaway

We came for King Richard's Faire, the house is an easy 30 minute drive from the faire grounds with no bad traffic along the way (though it rained on the day we went, so nicer weather might have more traffic). The kitchen table is a great size for playing games, and the living room upstairs is comfortable and cute, with another nice little table to sit around.

Loved the proximity to the beach but the house has some issues. Hot weather made second floor very warm even with a/c and ceiling fans. Outdoor light in back didn’t work and made it difficult to enjoy that area in the evening. Still, a restful trip!

The first we have had that had an issue with heat in the house. With two fans, one AC in bedroom and tons of windows and sliders on the second floor, cross breeze has been enough for all other renters. The back light was unable to get fixed during stay, but much appreciated to bring it to our attention.

Last days of Summer

Our family was looking for one last getaway before the return of the hustle and bustle of work schedules, school, extracurricular activities, etc., and this was the perfect space to get the rest we were looking for. The home was clean, basic needs provided, and the linen rental company was a breeze to work with. The private beach was perfect for our kids to have fun, with no worry about it being overcrowded. Local dining was wonderful and town wasn't too far to grab any essentials. We love Boston amd Provincetown, and this location was central to both, so no extensive travel to enjoy what each city has to offer. Our hosts, Tony and Jenn were a pleasure to rent from. Everything was laid out perfectly and their home is stunning. If the opportunity allows for us to visit again, we would love to rent this spot again.

One of the Best

Ocean Blue is by far one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. Across the street from the beach. 3 balconies and covered porch. You can hear the ocean. The house is adorable. So much light and everything is so modern. You have any ice maker, Keurig, toaster, all the kitchen essentials, paper goods and even a place for your dog to eat. So dog friendly. The owners are SO nice, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Just bring your linens, towels and your clothes. The rest is all taken care for you. You will love it. Can't wait to return to the oasis in the Cape.

Blast from the past

My family rented this house many summers in my childhood. It has been renovated and preserved beautifully, and while there are a few cosmetic things here and there, overall it is even better than I remember. The grill was fabulous, the short walk to the ocean and private beach is easy, views are stunning from upstairs, and the porches on the front and back are comfortable. Everything was clean and spotless, and we very much enjoyed our stay here again, and hope to stay again soon! We would love to see comforters or quilts for the beds next time, as traveling on a plane with that is bulky, as well as options for a pack & play and a baby gate for the top of the stairs would be helpful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
