Building was run down and had a terrible smell. Sink in the kitchen was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The u it we were in looked nothing like the pictures shown during booking.

Overall the property was nice for a one night stay. However, I would not personally stay here again due to the location. The location had very limited parking unless you wanted to stay in a very pricey parking garage and there was a ton of construction going on near the building and on the building. The room itself wasn’t bad but could have used a lot of updates to make it a bit more comfortable and safer. Overall, it isn’t bad for a one night stay but if you can stay out of downtown I would highly recommend it.

Loved location and such a cute apartment

It was clean and tidy and had all we needed. Only issues was a lot of the electrical plugs weren’t working to charge any devices and were loose. Highly recommend otherwise. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see and felt safe

The apartment is simple, cozy, and charming. Beautiful view of the Mississippi River. Historic building, minutes walk to Beales Street. Loved our stay.

This ad is completely false information. Felt very unsafe the door lock didn’t lock. There were bugs everywhere in the room and building. The photos are completely inaccurate. I asked for a refund after only staying long enough to find somewhere else to take my family. The host refused any type of refund just to look at a different apartment in the same building.

They had bugs in the tub when we arrived the a/c unit kept going off and on the whole apartment didn’t get cool. I was with a baby that is two years old so we didn’t even sleep there Saturday night it was to hot i checked out early which around 7pm Saturday and went and check in a hotel.

The beds were like rocks good location but dont expect to get any sleep hald the plugs dont work the towels are tiny I definitely overpaid for this place

Comedy night

It was a satisfying experience. There were a few issues with the apartment that we felt should have been repaired before we arrived. We would probably stay there again if we were to revisit Memphis. The host was great at responding to our questions.

Most inaccurate Vrbo listing

Lobby very dirty and smelly with sketchy looking people inside and outside. Did not feel safe. Unit smelled like smoke and was dirty. Dirty second hand furniture. Refrigerator made loud rattling sounds. Big hole in wall behind door. Did not look AT ALL like Vrbo photos. We ended up not staying here.

The apartment building is located in downtown Memphis. Like other major cities, you may see homeless folks walking around. I cannot control the environment. The hole described was behind the entry door. Someone has removed the door stopper and when the door was opened too hard, the handle made a hole. I have had the apartment painted and renovated, so it does not look like the photos on the listing. I will update the photos as soon as possible.

Be Camera Ready!!!!

From the pictures this place looks as described cozy, modern high-rise in downtown Memphis. And maybe it was at some point. However, currently it is rundown with a roach infestation. 2 out the of the three elevators weren’t even in service. Honestly I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing considering we were not refunded and opted to stay elsewhere.

Terrible communication and inaccurate listing

The owner didn't send me the check in information until less than an hour before the scheduled check in time. The property doesn't actually have a gym - it's a couple of blocks away - and the secured parking is extra payment.

Stephanie left a negative review because she did not see my check in instructions before coming. She kept sending me messages with “????” Which is both rude and demanding. The gym is located on the next block. As is the garage. The garage costs $25 per day (for 24 hours). If you want to park on the street, metered spots are free from 6 pm to 8 am. The meters kick in at 8 am.

Not worth the money

The whole building smells, and is run down. parking is expensive, we payed $30 to park for one day, on the 4th level and the elevator didn't even work.
