Water Views 2 houses from the Beach, Sun-Sun summer stays

Amazing water views during the day, spectacular sunsets every evening and the historic, peaceful Town Bank community.
Plus enjoy Sunday check-ins during the summer months to avoid Saturday Cape May traffic! And new for 2025 ~ after a few upgrades and off-season deep clean, we now offer you a chance to leave your 4-legged friends at home and just enjoy the tranquility of the beach.
Our cottage is 2 houses from the water and has ample space for your family. Plan to use everything in the shed (beach chairs, kayaks, fishing polls, bikes, toys etc) to enjoy our fabulous beach as well as surrounding parks and preserves. Or venture a short drive to downtown Cape May to visit the beach, restaurants and other local attractions and seasonal events.
Relax at day’s end watching the sunset from the front porch then enjoy dinner on the side deck under the lighted pergola.
It was certainly love at first sight for us and something about her kept drawing us back ~ we're excited for you to meet our Baby Beluga and hope you'll feel the same. (** Please note ~ you can either bring your own linens, rent linens from a local establishment, or if you would like to use ours please plan to wash & dry all that you use prior to checkout.**)

Our weekend there was the perfect beach bungalow. We had beautiful sunsets and the house was only two away from the beach. Our entire family enjoyed the kayaks and all amenities the house offered. Would definitely return.

This cottage was closer to the water than I expected so that was awesome! It’s a quiet neighborhood, at least on our trip in September. Everything was super clean and I am pretty picky. It had just about everything we would need. I had to pick up an ironing board, but in all fairness, who irons anymore? It was close to an awesome breakfast restaurant, Uncle Bill’s Pancake House and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The hosts were quick to respond if I had a question. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely vacation rental. The home was exactly as described--clean, comfortable, views, location and the outdoor space made it extra special. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch (loved the rocking chairs) The shed was filled with everything we needed for the short walk to the beach and the outside shower came in handy. The hosts were kind and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. A perfect place to relax and make memories with our family. Will def come back!

Great Stay

We had a great week. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of essentials provided. The owners are great and responded quickly to any questions we had. A one minute walk to the uncrowded Delaware Bay beach was the icing on the cake! We would definitely stay here again.

*PERFECT*

The perfect location with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Lots of comfortable seating indoors and out to relax, read, watch the sunset, or just chill. Walked to the beach every morning and enjoyed historic Cape May and restaurants just a short drive away. We absolutely loved this beach house!

Cottage stay by the Bay

Perfect weekend retreat

The house was exactly as described— even better! We were blown away by the beautiful sunsets and delighted to be so very close to the dog-friendly beach. A <10 min drive from Cape May’s tourist center, which was perfect distance for us to feel removed from the bustle but not too far from the action! We hope to visit again soon.

Late season getaway

Lovely little cottage with walking access to beach. Quiet, simple, clean & well stocked with toys & beach supplies. Had beautiful weather and dined at some wonderful restaurants.
