Welcome to your dream vacation home at Morgan House in Portsmouth, RI! This brand new construction rental is just 300 feet away from the tranquil water, making it an ideal location for water lovers. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious rental can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1-2 children (under 13) comfortably.

Enjoy breathtaking water views from every section of the house, as well as from the two decks that offer ample space for outdoor relaxation. The large yard provides plenty of space for outdoor activities and entertaining, and the boat ramp at the end of the street makes it easy for guests to enjoy water sports and activities.

Three beaches are located nearby, including the picturesque Island Park, ensuring that you'll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun and enjoy the sand and surf. Our host was charming and very accommodating. The house was the nicest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. A wonderful house, incredibly clean with fantastic amenities. Clearly much thought was put into setting up this house.

This house is amazing! So clean and comfortable and the host have thought of everything to make your stay special. The toiletries under the sink if you forgot anything to the welcome basket on arrival, the cold water bottles in the fridge and the goodies in the kitchen jars. Absolutely exceptional. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

This was amazing! They literally thought of everything! We have stayed in forced our hotels that were not as well appointed and well stocked as this place was. This place was immaculate. They definitely make your stay as stress-free as possible. Great communication. They leave snacks and waters and whatnot for you. Great stay. Property was amazing. Very clean and well maintained. Bright and comfortable beds and furniture for relaxing. Communicating with owner and neighbor manager was perfect and timely. Location, location location. In quaint area with 3 or 4 very good restaurants and spirts bar, all within 5 minute walk along water front. Great stay.

Enjoyed this beautiful property with my 4 sisters. Very clean and hosts go above and beyond with amenities. There is nothing they haven’t thought of. Short walk to water to watch the sunrise. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe to run/walk in the mornings. Property owner and manager were very pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Where do I even begin with this gem of a house? From start to finish, Stacy was nothing short of fantastic. Clear, easy check in process and communication. This house has everything you can possibly think of. Forgot a pair of reading glasses? She has them. Toiletries, yep. Multiple coffee makers, yep. The list is endless. Myself and two traveling friends had plenty of space in this house. Ron, the lovely neighbor next door, greeted us upon arrival and was there if we needed anything. We spent most of our days out exploring but it sure was nice to come back in the evening to the amazing beds. I had the top floor and bed...I could write a book on. I had the best week of sleep I've had maybe ever. This house is walking distance to the water and a few restaurants. Restaurants are not in shortage in RI. We ate at so many good places. I recommend The Boat House in Tiverton. If you are looking for a rental in Portsmouth, close to many different things, on a quiet street...look here! Stacy delivers as one the best hosts I have ever worked with.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The host was amazing and very responsive. The home was immaculate and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It felt like we were staying at a friends home. Location was great, a small beach is within walking distance. We look forward to staying here again soon!

The Morgan House was perfect for our family gathering. The separate bedrooms allowed for babies and toddlers to rest peacefully. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the snacks were much appreciated.

Girls 60th Bday Getaway for 4 days

There were 5 of us girls that have been friends since grade school. We all turned 60 this year and celebrated with a trip to RI for 4 days. The Morgan House was perfect for our trip. Very clean. Just as described in listing. Stacy, the owner, has thought of everything and beyond. The snacks on the counter, the coffee available, the water bottles and all the other little extra's. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 women was a ! Very convenient walk to Flo's for a lobster roll and Shultzy's for ice cream. We were only at the house in the early morn and back after dinner. Easy drive to Newport. If you're thinking of renting there, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s through the years and this one was one of our favorites. The hosts were amazing and every detail was taken care of - snacks for the kids, extra bottles of water, adjustable pillows, and suggestions for food and activities. Beds were super comfortable and the whole house was just adorable. My family had a wonderful few days in Portsmouth. Location was great! Could have easily have spent a full week here. Would definitely recommend and hope to make our way back here again someday.

Clean and clozy

Had a great stay! The house was so well thought out and had everything you could need in a pinch. They truly thought of everything. Everything was immaculately clean and the bedrooms were beautiful. An easy walk to many food options by the water!

Amazing stay

A perfectly updated home close to the ocean. Everything we needed was already in the home. Stacy was amazing with communication. My family and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Mario and I live a short 45 Minutes away in Northern Rhode Island. We previously owned another property near the beach in Narragansett for 13 years and rented it every week in the summer and in the winter to URI grad students, So we're experienced hosts and we own other investment properties. I own my own Real Estate Brokerage and Mario owns his own Appliance repair business, we we are the perfect compliment for each other! We love providing a nice, beautiful, well cared for place for people to stay. We stay in short term rentals often when we travel and hope you have an awesome experience! Even though we don't allow pets because we had some unfortunate experiences in the past, our dogs are like our children and the property is owned by and entity named after our two dogs who passed, Roscoe and Murphy and our two current dogs Carley and Riley. That is why we named the suites as we did. = - ) We are very friendly and down to earth! We won't bother you during your stay but we will be very responsive if there's anything you need!

We love that it's a quiet residential community and that we can feel part of the local culture when we transition to this being our retirement home in 5-10 years. The boat ramp at the end of the street and the beaches on either side of us are so nice in that the water is shallow so it's great for kids and in late summer it's Like bath water! We sit on our floats with a couple of beverages and just lounge. We hope to Kayak and maybe even learn to sail! It's super convenient to be able to walk to half a dozen restaurants and just soak in Mother Nature!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We raised the property up out of the flood zone and took down a tree so we have wonderful water views. The original cottage hadn't been occupied in 30 years so we gutted it to the studs and added a two story addition with each space having it's own private bath. The Decks are cantilevered because of the town restrictions for lot coverage. The tree is going to make our fireplace mantels and we're hoping to make some furniture out of it eventually as well. I love how the view from the living & dining areas coupled with the paint color makes me breath a sigh of calmness. It's such a soothing feeling.
