Welcome to Sakonnet Sunset Manor! This stunning 4BR/2BA home sleeps 6 - 8 guests and offers epic waterfront views. Featuring 40ft pool with integrated hot tub, three king-size beds, 2-in-1 trundle bed, laundry, & indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Relax on the front and rear porches allowing the stress to melt away as you Savor breathtaking west-facing sunsets over the Sakonnet River!
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, silverware and other cooking utensils etc. Coffee bar features full coffee pot and additional one cup maker with ground or keurig option. There isn't much you won't find here.
Bath, Pool, & Hand towels provided plus washcloths, makeup cloths and plenty of extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags.
Beach chairs and cart are in deck box on back deck. Games and cooler on wheels are in dining room closet.
Pool area has floats and pool noodles plus a 6 person dining table, plenty of chaise loungers and adjustable Adirondack chairs with beverage holders and foot rests with cushions for all in deck boxes. Pool and Hot Tub are heated with app located inside the house. Pool is for your use only and is not shared during your stay.
Grill is located just outside of the pool area to the back of the house just past the garage. There are grilling tools inside the house. Parking for four cars directly in front of the two door garage.
King air mattress on platform available to put in Living or Dining Room with complete bedding included or Full Air mattress available to put in Mayflower Suite if needed.
First floor full bathroom includes a jet tub for the ultimate relaxation with reading tray and secure wine glass holder.
Just 0.4 mi from Grinnell's Beach just down the street north of the house, near Evelyn's Diner, The Boat House, Moulin Rouge, Bridgeport Seafood, Coastal Roasters, Red Dory, Historic Tiverton Four Corners & Black Goose Cafe. Make dining reservations as much as a month early during the season.
Sakonnet Sunset Manor is so thoroughly relaxing that you will have a hard time leaving to go home. Relax and Enjoy!

Hi, I’m Stacy – your Tiverton-based hostess with the mostest.
By day, I’m a Real Estate Broker who lives and breathes strategy – obsessed with all things planning, plotting, and making your stay smooth like butter on pancakes (more on that in a sec). I’ve got degrees from Purdue, FIU, and University of Phoenix, but let’s be honest… the real education came from managing four fur babies: Roscoe, Murphy, Carley & Riley.

A pancake breakfast basket to start your mornings off flippin’ right.
A "forgot anything?" basket because I’ve got your back.
Born in the groovy ‘60s and always dreamed of hopping a flight to Australia, New Zealand, or Fiji (someday hopefully soon!). I speak a un peu de Francais, just enough to feel fancy, and spend way too much time working...and maybe a lot of time annoying my partner Mario, which I consider my most useless (yet enjoyable) skill.
Fun fact? I was a competitive powerlifter in high school. Still strong, still sassy.
So whether you're here to relax, recharge, or just eat some damn good pancakes, welcome to your Peace of Mind stay.

We fell in love with the view first and then the history of the area second and third with our awesome neighbors. We're only the third owner of the property since the great nephew of John Howland (who fell off the Mayflower) built the home.

We have 2.5 acres on the Sakonnet River. Being west facing we have the most amazing sunsets which is why we named our property Sakonnet Sunset Manor.
