Location, location! This luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom custom townhome is ideally situated just a 2-3 minute walk from the Gondola and Village. Sleeps up to 8 people.

Perfect for multiple families, this end-unit townhome offers a private 2-car garage and a private hot tub. Nestled on a small cul-de-sac with only 3 duplexes, this spacious townhome spans a total of 1700 sq.ft across 3 levels. Enjoy the spa on your own deck off the living room or the BBQ deck next to the kitchen. The townhome also features a roomy 2-car garage with a ski storage room.

Sleeping arrangements include 2 master bedrooms with king beds and en-suite full bathrooms, 1 guest room on the main level with a bunk bed (queen bed under full bed). The dining area comfortably seats 8, and there s a granite counter bar with 3 stools for additional seating.

The open floor plan boasts a stone gas fireplace, and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, and coffee machine. Each room is equipped with wireless smart TVs, and there s an in-unit washer/dryer in the upstairs hall. Whether you re visiting in the summer or winter, you ll find everything you need for a fantastic vacation in beautiful Mammoth Lakes.

This property is non-smoking and pet-friendly, allowing one dog under 40 pounds with a one-time pet fee of $75.

Please note that this unit has a private jacuzzi on the upper deck that will be serviced every Thursday. A spa technician will enter the unit, even if occupied, every Thursday.

Note that this complex offers no additional parking outside of the 2-car garage. (no parking is allowed in the driveway of this complex as it will block traffic and no additional parking spots are available outside of the garage)

No Smoking , Pet Friendly 75 pet fee per stay. Once dog allowed under 45 pounds.

Great, clean place in an awesome location

We had an awesome stay close to the village closer to the gondola. Awesome somehow we can park our large truck in the garage very convenient and clean thank you guys for such a pleasant stay.

Location was great. The cabin could have used a deep cleaning before we got there, at first glance it was fine but once you started to take a closer look you begin to notice dust/dirt/grime in the hard to reach places. You can tell its been a rental for a while, its a little more worn then the pictures portray. Overall a 7/10.

Perfect Walk into Town

We loved our stay and the location was perfect. Walking into the village was so easy and convenient. All the beds were so comfy and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was so ideal.

This property is in a great location - just a few minutes walk to the village and gondola. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Great for a family. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely cabin to stay in.

Perfect house to stay with family or friends. Three full beds and baths. Pictures match the description and the garage is pretty spacious. Only downside is you can only have two cars and they have to fit in the garage. They don’t offer any other parking. A normal sized truck fit but not sure about any lifted or tricked out trucks would fit. The agency actually measured the garage for us to make sure we would fit. Was a bit tight but doable. Great customer service. The house was perfect for my family and small dog for the weekend. Easy walk to the village or bus stop to take up the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed as property was rated as a "Luxury" Home! This soley was not the case. The furnishings, bedding were worn and outdated. Shampoo and Body Wash in the unit was enought for 2-nights small bottles. When we found out that rentals in Mammoth are required to install Shampoo & Body Wash in bigger bottles. There no additional supplies such as; Foil, Ziplock Bags, Detergent, Softner, Saran Wrap, No Games, No Cleaning Supplies such as Glass Cleaner. Carpet Old needs replacing, 2 Hair Dryers not working need a new one. Trouble with trying to use Hot Tub...where are you suppose to out the cover when you get in. Will not return to this property way over price for the unit...Stay at the Westin Across the street!!

We are so sorry this guest was unhappy! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. Unfortunately, this guest never contacted our office to give us an opportunity to correct any of these issues. If you have trouble during your stay, I encourage you to contact your VR manager while you are in the property, as they may well be prepared to handle your concerns. We have 18 full time staff members in our housekeeping, maintenance and guest services departments who we can call upon to resolve problems. If this happens, or if you are concerned about problems with a unit you are considering, please call our offices at Mammoth Five Star Lodging. We have staff available by phone or email, 7 days/week, 9am-6pm (Pacific) to ensure you book exactly the property you want and to address issues that may come up during your stay. We are happy to help if you will just give us the chance. The cost of linens and supplies is covered in our fixed cleaning fee. This is disclosed to guests in the pre-booking guest contract that must be signed before completing booking. It is also pointed out to guests in the check-in instructions, pre-arrival and in the blue guest binder located in the unit itself. As explained throughout those various places, units are stocked with clean bed linens on the beds, and a bagged set (under side table or in closet) for the pull out sofa (if equipped). 1 bath towel per person (based on the group/party size reported). 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 shower mat (except half baths) per bathroom. 1 travel size each of: beauty bar, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash, & 3-4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 2-3 rolls of paper towels, 1 new sponge, 10 dishwasher pods, 2 dish towels, 2 4-cup coffee packets, 2 tissue boxes. 10 laundry pods (if laundry is equipped in-unit). Fire starters, lighter and long matches (if equipped with wood burner). Additional cleaning services and supplies are available for order from our Housekeeping Department.
