The condominium is situated on the beach, and from the house you have an partial view to the Caribbean Sea, walking distance 20 steps from the house you will be in the sand.
You are about 10 minutes by bus from the major area such as shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainments in the hotel zone, and only 10mn by bus from down town. Walking distance 10mn you have access at the new Shopping Mall Puerto Cancun one of the biggest in Latin America.

House was excellent clean very spacious. Beautiful home decor was excellent. It was enough room for my family to feel like they had their own space. We felt safe in this gated community.

Great space for large parties, master bath didn’t have hot water the entire weekend but other bathrooms did (owner said it was fixed but wasn’t), mattresses are not comfortable at all, furniture has Alot of wear and tear but other than that everything was pretty good it served its purpose for my Bach trip! Everyone was able to get their own bed and didn’t feel cramp.

Great home for our large group of 11. Security guards we’re so helpful throughout in directing us and providing recommendations. Nemesio is top tier! Felt safe and at home. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. Kids loves that GoMart was less than a 4 min walk! Beach and pool easily accessible. Too bad there was too much sargassum or we would’ve enjoyed the beach more. Thank you Daniel for the opportunity to use your amazing home.

HOME AWAY FROM THE TOURISTS

Cancun did not disappoint for our annual birthday trip this year! Daniel's home was perfect for our group - everyone had their own space and the living area of the home is so wide open and bright it made our time spent in the home that much more enjoyable! House is very convenient for the bus route to and from the hotel zone and into town. And just 3 min walk from a convenience store so that was handy! Security guards were so nice and super friendly. House was very clean, and modern. Daniel was extremely attentive and prompt with our needs and Marianne was a life saver helping us plan and book all activities and airport transport- she was a huge help to us. Make sure you let her help you plan !

We have been accompanying our adult daughter to Cancun for dental procedures, so have become very familiar with the Hotel Zone. Daniel’s villa is located in a gated residential community with most occupants being full-time owners. We met one Gentleman who had lived there 35 years. After staying in a more commercial area on our last trip, this was a piece of heaven. Daniel’s villa is so spacious,and well.furnished. Could not have been any cleaner. There are steps, so keep that in mind. Daniel has several rentals in Cancun and manages as a true business. The pride and professionalism is top notch. If I had to make a suggestion it would be mattresses that weren’t quite as firm. Other than that, the Villa is wonderful and we would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful home away from home!

Villa Na Ha was exactly as pictured! It was very spacious for our family of 14. We loved everything in the house down to the setup. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The property was gated and felt very safe. The pool was massive and clean and most of the time it was just us using it. The beach is only a couple of feet away but unfortunately it was not swimmable due to the seaweed. We eneded up walking at least 15 minutes down near playa tortugas to a nice little beach or taking a bus/ferry to different beaches. It wasn't too bad for us because we were almost expecting that outcome since it was seaweed season and we wanted to visit other locations. The villa was close to bus stops and a little convenience store which was great for when we needed more snacks and drinks. If and when my family and I come back this would be our first choice! Thank you for having us Daniel!

Beautiful home!

This Villa is absolutely gorgeous! Decorated beautifully. Daniel has great hospitality and the security guards were very nice and helpful. The house was big enough for our party. Having a smart TV in the living room was great. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very clean when we arrived! We were excited to be close to the beach however, since we traveled during seaweed season, we were unable to swim there. The busses come by very often and it takes you up and down the strip for twelve pesos per person. A little more cost effective than ubering (which there is apparently a big dispute with Uber and taxis- but fyi taxis are double what Uber charges). We ended up finding a beach down the road that was perfect to swim in. Be prepared for your electric deposit per the contract. The split AC units might be a little difficult to figure out since we thought we turned them off but when we’d come back home, they would be on. Either way, they worked great and kept us nice and comfortable. We are so grateful to have found Daniel’s Macarena Residence! We would definitely stay here again.

Agradable

La casa es una excelente propiedad, concuerda con las fotografías. Muy amplia, cómoda, climatizada. Encontramos algunas areas de oportunidad en la zona de alberca, falta mobiliario como camastros y sillas. La playa no está para meterse, es un muelle y tendrás que trasladarte a otras playas para disfrutar el delicioso mar de Cancún. Está bien úbicada, retirada de la zona de mucho ruido. El camión pasa muy cerca y cualquier uber puede trasladarte. A poca distancia se encuentra un go mart bien surtido. Daniel atendió mis mensajes en tiempo, amable.
