ABOUT CASA MAÑANA

Tucked away from the main street, Casa Mañana is a stunning modern home nestled among vibrant, lush gardens. It boasts an expansive pool and an innovative surf jacuzzi—ideal for relaxing after a day in the waves.

Security Notice: For added peace of mind, a roaming security guard patrols the area during evening hours. This service is shared among neighboring homes and helps to ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents and guests.

ON THE INSIDE

The open-plan layout centers on a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large island that flows into a cozy living room. Every bedroom features sliders leading to private decks and patios with blackout screens for a restful night. With two master suites, this home offers a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Thoughtful extras abound—enjoy games, puzzles, ample storage, drink cozies, extra beach towels, a beach umbrella, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a slow cooker, and more.

An expansive upstairs deck sets the scene for rejuvenating yoga sessions, yoga mats and foam blocks available. Additional features include an elaborate water treatment system, an alarm system, and a large custom iron safe for your valuables.

ON THE OUTSIDE

Step outside to experience the crown jewel of Casa Mañana—the biggest private saltwater pool in the area, featuring both deep and shallow ends, along with a connected shallow pool perfect for toddlers or a leisurely margarita. Unwind in the unique surf jacuzzi with water jets designed to soothe sore muscles after a surf session. Large sliders open to a covered terrace complete with a seating area, dining space, and barbecue. A covered rancho with gently swinging hammocks, an outdoor shower, surfboard storage, and a pool bathroom rounds out the outdoor amenities. Environmentally conscious features include a Bionest natural and biological wastewater treatment system, ensuring no wastewater reaches the local water supply or ocean.

BONUS SPACE

For larger groups or those seeking extra privacy, we offer an additional space known as the CASITA (available at an extra cost). This well-appointed 1,000 sq.ft. casita includes an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, a full bathroom, and a loft accessed by a custom ladder that sleeps 4 guests (1 queen bed and 2 single beds). It also features its own alarm system and large iron safe. Please inquire about pricing, as the posted rate does not include the CASITA.

Whether you choose to relax in the shade along Pelada Beach or explore its lively tide pools and scenic hikes, this location offers the best of Nosara living.

LOCAL QUIRKS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA

While Costa Rica's infrastructure is steadily improving, it's important to note that some things are beyond our control. During your stay, you may experience occasional dust, bugs, and power, water, or internet outages. These are common in the area and part of the experience of immersing yourself in a different country and culture.

If staying connected is essential during your visit, we recommend looking into internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Additionally, please be aware that Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities, which means construction noise may be present between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. We make every effort to keep our guests informed about ongoing construction that may impact their stay, but unfortunately, we do not always receive advance notice of new projects.

Regarding plumbing, please note that the septic system in Nosara does not allow toilet paper to be flushed (with a few exceptions). We kindly ask that you adhere to this guideline during your stay.

We are committed to providing the best possible experience, but we want to ensure that all guests are aware of these local quirks before booking. Refunds and concessions will not be provided for the above-mentioned issues, as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. IMPORTANT NOTICE

Kindly note that while we honor our cancellation policy, any processing or payment gateway fees incurred during your reservation are non-refundable in the event of a guest-initiated cancellation, even if your cancellation qualifies for a full or partial refund. This policy does not apply if the host cancels the reservation.

We want to ensure that your stay in Nosara is safe and enjoyable. Like many beach communities, petty theft can occasionally be an issue in the area. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, so we kindly ask that you take the following precautions during your stay:

Always keep doors and windows locked when you're away from the property and at night. If your sliding doors or windows have security bars, please ensure they are in place. If you cannot find the bars, contact us as soon as possible.



Never leave valuables or personal items unattended when you leave the house, including electronics, identification, and anything else of apparent value.



Do not leave valuables in your car while you’re out, and avoid leaving anything on your front or back patios unattended.



If your property has a security alarm, always set it when you leave, even for short periods of time.



While a security guard is not included with your rental, we can arrange for one upon request. If you'd like to hire a security guard for part or all of your stay, please let us know during the booking process and specify the hours you'd like covered.

Please be aware that, even with these precautions in place, theft can still occur in Nosara. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager are not responsible for any loss of items due to theft.
