Private one acre wooded lot close to Ichetucknee Springs State Park

This is a gem of a property to rent. Get back to nature and enjoy the Spring fed Ichetucknee River, which is located less than 2 miles from the property. Feel free to bring a golf cart or side-by-side because we have hundreds of miles of dirt road to explore. In addition, to the RV being on the property there are two RV hook ups for additional guests to stay. Freshwater and electricity are provided for those two additional sites. The RV that is permanently parked on the property can sleep four guests. It also has a 30 foot porch attached to it that is screened in and bug free. The table on the porch can seat eight people comfortably for dining. There is a picnic table, for additional dining, located next to a fire pit. Just image roasting a marshmallow and making a s’more. What a treat!

My Wife and I Highly recommend this place as a Top 10 place to stay while visiting the area. Pictures do not truely show how amazing this place is. We arrived and were taken back by the Beauty of this place, along with how easy it was to settle in for our Stay. Location is perfect along with the setting. We experienced the local wild life every day. The Host communication with us was very helpful. This place was very clean and perfectly stocked for us on what is needed to enjoy a stay. So pack your clothes, personal supplies and cooler ( or purchase snacks, food and drinks locally) . We will be back to stay again soon .

Nice getaway in wooded lot

We stayed for 5 nights. It was nice and clean. We were able to sit outside in the screened in porch without being bitten by bugs and watch the deer.Close to the Ichetucknee Springs that we really enjoyed. I would definitely stay there again.

Paradise and Comfort

We were surprised at the level of comfort we experienced in this little get away camper cottage. Everything was better than expected, this stay exceeded our expectations. The screened in front porch was an amazing place to spend time together with my family.

Love this place but

I have stayed here many times over the last couple years. Its perfect for the conservation research I do close by but sadly the new 3 day minimum is putting it out of our budget so I will be limiting on staying again.

It was very clean with nice accommodations. We were less than six miles from family. The only recommendation I have is to add a grab bar to the inside bathroom.

Perfect retreat in the woods

Had everything we needed for a great stay. The porch is so nice and spacious. Built fires in the fire pit and enjoyed making smores. Communicative and friendly hosts! Would stay here again.

Great stay!

It was amazing and it was a great spot. All things were provided. Beds were so comfortable! We loved chilling on the porch and seeing wildlife. Owners were great with communication and very nice! Can't wait to come back again!

We loved it.

This was our first time at Ichetucknee. We did not know what to really expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. This little spot was an amazing find. The property had everything we needed and was cozy and comfortable. It was very clean. We enjoyed grilling out on the grill, and watching the wildlife. We have already made plans to come back and with the extra hookups on the property, we will bring more of our family next time. Really had an awesome time here.

Great spot close to springs

This is an excellent little gem of a property. Super clean and tons of little details that show they care about the place and people staying there. Very close to the springs and just a beautiful neighborhood and Property. Can’t wait to come back

Quiet piece of heaven

The event is super clean and so cozy! The area is extremely quiet and peaceful! The owner leaves a welcome book with addresses and descriptions of places to go/eat at and a cute s’mores basket. Plenty of room. Easy to book, easy to reach the owners.
