Fully furnished condominium right on Lake Livingston located with a gorgeous lake view from the Living, kitchen, owners bedroom, and the Balcony. Enjoy sunrise and sunset on the balcony or one of the three piers in front of the Condo, overlooking the lake, the marina, and south shore.
Quiet and spacious location right on the lake 10 minutes from charming Coldspring, which hosts antique stores, art studios, and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen for cooking meals, large flat screen TV, Wifi and fireplace. The community is located about 55 miles north from Houston and about 6 miles from the city of Coldspring. The nearby Sam Houston National Forest, Lake Livingston, and Double Lake recreational area offer opportunities for hiking, fishing, pedal boarding, and water skiing.

The condo is at the 3rd floor, there are 3 sets of steps to the front door.

Harbour Point Condominiums has several piers to access the lake and enjoy the view.
Will rent only to responsible adults age 30+ and families, this is NOT a party rental. The condominium complex is a permanent home to several people. All condo rules are enforced and fines may be applicable for violations of the following rules:
Quiet Hours are 8 p.m.-8 a.m. on weekdays; 10 p.m.-8 a.m. on weekends

Failure to comply with association or owner rules may lead to eviction, loss of rental fee, and forfeiture of deposit of $1000. The guest will be responsible for any fees charged to us by the Homeowner's Association due to guest violations. These rules are in place to keep the property beautiful and relaxing.
