• Primary renter must be 30 years or older.

• No smoking or vaping of any substance inside or outside the home.

GUEST POLICIES:
• Base rate includes up to 8 guests
• Additional guests (9th - 11th): $45 per person, per night
• Maximum overnight occupancy: 11 guests
• Only registered guests allowed overnight
• Maximum 12 persons allowed on the property at any time
• Maximum 4 vehicles allowed
• No parties, events, or gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette groups

PETS
• Pet-friendly for two dogs up to 35 pounds. Pet fee is $150.00 per pet
• Larger pups possible for an additional fee
• All dogs must be pre-approved
• No dangerous breeds; pets must be up to date on vaccinations
• We kindly ask that you pick up behind your pet
• All pets are required to be on a leash or harness when on the grounds
• Pets not allowed in the pool or left unattended in the pool area
• Pool area has artificial turf — please walk pets on the grass and clean up immediately

CHECK-IN DETAILS:
• Check-in Time: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (offsite at our sister property, one block away)
• Owners live nearby and will stop by to give a quick house tour upon arrival
• Any arrival after 10 PM must be approved prior to booking
• Primary renter must check in first before any other guests are allowed into the home

BEFORE CHECK OUT:
Please complete the following before departing:
• Wash dishes
• Start the last load of towels
• Take out the garbage
• Leave the home clean and in good condition
• Check out time: 10:00 AM

ELECTRICAL & BATTERY SAFETY:
• No electric vehicles, e-bikes, or e-scooters may be charged at the property
• No lithium batteries (for e-bikes, skateboards, etc.) allowed inside the home or garage — insurance restriction

POOL HEATING:
• Optional pool heat available for $20 per day
• Please request in advance so it’s warm upon arrival
• Please cover when not in use to maintain temperature.

• There is no grill on-site
• Guests may bring a gas grill to use outdoors (no charcoal grills allowed)
• Recommendation: Contact Barney’s Beach Service — they rent propane grills and can deliver before arrival and collect after check-out
