Escape the Scottsdale hustle! Enjoy the desert serenity and mountain views while you relax under the private covered patio to watch the sunsets! This beautiful, southwestern style home is built with quality; you`ll notice the travertine tile flooring throughout the main rooms and the Alder wood cabinets, beams and accent work detailed around the home.

The kitchen features granite counter tops, gourmet stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop, and a kitchen island with bar seating.

As you walk into the grand entry, the living area invites you to gather and make yourself comfortable. To the left is the family room with a large sectional and television for movie nights and then a billiards table is setup to the right of the foyer. As you enter the living room, the open concept leads you into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features gourmet stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop, two ovens, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Off this main area, walk outside to the covered patio! We have a grill, dining table and a couch plus television for you to utilize this space to the fullest. The desert yard is well kept and then the backyard is fenced with an extra 3ft of chicken wire to help redirect the critters (snakes). There is a large turf area for pets, yard games or more and then a sitting area away from the house to catch a 360 view.

Back inside the house you will find a Primary suite, Mother-in-Law suite, and two guest bedrooms! There is three and a half bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, a double vanity sink in the bathroom along with a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub!

The front bedroom is setup with two queen beds and an attached bathroom plus walk in closet.

The two guest bedrooms both have queen sized beds and attached vanities with a walk in closet. The shower and toilet room are situated between to create a jack & jill bathroom for the bedrooms.

When you stay at this home, you will have the entire space to yourself along with the 3 car garage.

Located near multiple Trailheads for hiking and mountain biking.

Note: The outdoor fireplace is not operational.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- All City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues
