With 3,175 square feet of gorgeous living space and a prime location sitting on a half-acre in the North Scottsdale/Kierland area, this lovely home is the perfect getaway for your group's next fun-filled vacation. Close to everything, this home is the ideal place for guests who want nearby access to restaurants and shopping, the Kierland Commons Mall, and even the Scottsdale Airport.
Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming space dressed in hardwood floors, a stacked stone fireplace, and lots of attractive decor. When you're not out on a fun hot-weather hike, kick back in the living room to stream your favorite movies and shows on the home's mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances, counter space, and cabinet storage the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal.
The kids will love playing in the enclosed yard and splashing around in the expansive private pool while you catch up will old friends from the comfort of the patio furniture. When evening falls, enjoy a good soak in the hot tub then gather everyone around the firepit for a night of toasted 'Smores and good conversation. Afterward, wrap everything up in one of the home's four well-appointed bedrooms. (All of the king beds are made up of two twin beds together.) Have a little work to do while you're here?
