Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo located in the heart of the Shipyard resort on Hilton Head Island right next to Vandermeer Tennis Academy! This cozy condo sits in the Tennismaster Villas Complex and an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Our property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay. With its array of amenities, including a community pool and convenient location, it's the perfect choice for your vacation getaway.



This spacious condo can sleep up to 7 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a King bed with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers plenty of beds for children or adults. This room has a full bed, and 3 twins beds. It also offers a convenient en suite bathroom. You will love the views of the golf course on the back decks. You can sit on the deck of the master bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the golfers. You will also enjoy grilling and enjoying the lowcountry air and the scenery of the beautiful golf course.



This unit provides you with a fully stocked kitchen along with a large dining table to make many lasting memories.



During your stay, take advantage of the fantastic amenities available. As part of the Vandermeer Tennis Complex, you can access tennis courts, perfect for friendly matches or refining your skills (call the courts to get additional information on pricing). Additionally, you'll have access to other amenities in the Shipyard resort, such as swimming pools, walking and biking trails, and picturesque golf courses (and you can receive a discount for staying in Shipyard). We will also provide you with the Beach Shuttle that will pick you up right at the entrance of Tennismaster. Each guest will get a bracelet that will allow for you to hop on and off as many times as you want throughout the day.



**There will be a $30-$60 (plus tax) car pass fee for each stay added on after the initial booking. This fee depends on your length of stay. If you require a 2nd car, there will be an additional $40 charged to your account. 1 pass will have a beach stamp on it so you can enjoy parking at the Shipyard Beach Club if you would like. If your stay is more than 30 days, please inquire about the cost of the passes.

We know that plans change and emergencies arise. Refunds will not be provided for early checkouts, no-shows, or instances of inclement weather. Please consider purchasing a travel protection plan either with us as an add on or separately to assure a refund in case of an unexpected disruption to your travel.

803 Tennismaster Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% forfeiture will apply. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.
