Welcome home to Palm Cottage Tiny House Hideaway! Just 6 minutes from St Augustine, this 1-bedroom tiny house has been completely updated with luxury amenities. You'll be amongst half an acre of palm trees and the occasional roaming rooster. Sip your coffee or wine on the front porch. Perfect for one or two guests, you’ll be right at home with a queen-sized bed with luxury linens, and Wifi, Samsung Smart TV, air conditioning, Keurig coffee maker and fully stocked kitchen.
The hideaway is a great spot to relax, or work remote with private wifi. We have a brand new privacy fence and gates into the property. With total privacy from the outside world, and with the surrounding jungle of palms, you'll feel like you stepped into Old Florida.
Bedroom: Perfect for one or two guests, you’ll be right at home with a queen-sized bed with luxury linens, and Wifi, Samsung smart TV, air conditioning, closet and storage bench for suitcases and clothes.
Kitchen: Here you'll find a Keurig coffee maker, brand new Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool microwave, built in induction cooktop, sink, Brita water filter and electric jug. In the cabinets you’ll find silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, wine glasses, water glasses and plates. Enjoy complimentary Keurig pods, and teas. Our welcome basket is also complimentary and includes sparkling water and popcorn.
Bathroom: You’ll find a full bathtub with shower, plus extra bathroom storage in the medicine cabinet. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Located on the west side of St Augustine, we are 6 minutes drive from downtown, and 15 minutes from beaches including Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Beach and Vilano Beach.
You will be tucked away on a private street behind the owner’s house for privacy. The tiny house is self check-in with keypad access. Palm Cottage is a great base for all of your needs, weekly or monthly stay.
While there is no laundry on site we can recommend nearby laundry facilities.
Pets: Due to the roaming roosters, chickens and cats on property, your pup would need to be on leash when outside. We do have fences but the entire half acre lot is not completely fenced. There is a $60 pet fee.
Service animals: If you have a service animal they need to be on a leash at all times. We kindly ask that you tell us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Getting around is best by car, or bring your bike and you can bike from here!
