The sky is clear for stargazing at night and you can often see horse-drawn carriages drive by this prime downtown location. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of the relaxing porches. Often birds and owls find peace in the tall canopy in the backyard.

The house was clean and has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The bathroom is nice and roomy with a tub and a large shower. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The refrigerator has an ice maker which was a bonus.

Wow! This house is amazing. Beautifully decorated with lots of little vintage touches like the unmodified farmhouse sink. The bathroom rocks- especially the tub. The neighborhood was perfect - just far enough from the main drag to provide peace and quiet yet only about a 10-minute walk to the heart of downtown. My only issue was the bed. If you are that blessed person who can sleep anywhere on anything, then this will not be an issue for you. But I have a really great bed at home, and the quality of my sleep determines the quality of my day. With how stunning and well-appointed this house is, I found the bed very disappointing. The mattress is so lacking in structure and support that my husband and I rolled to the center. The linens are the cheapest thread count from Target, and there wasn't a duvet cover on the duvet. The pillows are so flimsy and cheap that I woke up every morning with a stiff neck. We were really bummed about it. Again, this may be no problem for some, but if you, like me, need a comfortable bed when you travel, this may not be for you.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated—every detail was thoughtfully done. It was the perfect size for two people, offering a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely and stress-free getaway.

Our stay was fantastic. The entire place was exceptionally clean, beautifully set up, and incredibly inviting from the moment we arrived. Every detail felt well thought out, making the space comfortable and relaxing. The bathtub was especially impressive—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again!

That only thing that was hard was the parking. The back of the car was almost in the street. The place was beautiful and close to town. Everything you need was there and we loved it. Thank you

This place is beautiful!My wife and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and this cottage is located at a great spot!It is very close to everything. Parking fits 1 car, maybe 2 if you squeeze. The owner was very accommodating. There was cookies for us, wine, coffee, bath soap and more.Clean towels.Clean sheets.Very nice!!!Our one and only complain.... dusty.Unfortunately, who ever cleans the place has been avoinding dust for months.The most used areas were clean.But the ceiling fans, window sills, shelves... very dusty.Mind you, I am allergic to one thing on this planet... dust mites.That being said, I do not blame the owner. Maybe they depend on a cleaning service and they have not inspected in a while.Besides that, our vacation was great!

A perfectly designed tiny home-cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything worked flawlessly, making it an effortless and relaxing stay. Loved how bright it was, but private, and the AC was cold; I could hardly hear it.

Enchanting as always...this is our 4th time staying here and it seems to get better everytime; so much so that we have now made this a yearly trip! Delightful Cottage is so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay with your partner! The perfect walking distance to historic St. Augustine. I can't wait to come back next year!

We had the loveliest weekend in this cottage. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The natural surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Owners clearly care about this property and making their guests feel at home. We chose this cottage for its described proximity to downtown St. Augustine. I wouldn't say it's "next to" downtown, as it took us about 20 minutes to walk to that area. However it was an easy walk and not a problem for us personally. Just a heads up! If you're looking for a private, excellent place to stay, look no further!

This home was clean and quite charming. I loved the handmade soaps in the bathroom. The decor and plants made it feel very homey. This was the perfect get away from our romantic weekend. The host was very welcoming and had great communication. It is closely located to downtown St Augustine. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else.

The inside of the house was very clean and comfortable. However the outside grounds was over grown and needed trimming and the front porch needed to be tended to as well. The front door lock kept messing up and we had to walk around the back door to get in. I would definitely recommend this place to stay as it was in a nice neighborhood and location.

Well equipped. Tv set up to stream on Roku which is what we use. Nice big shower and free standing tub. Very convenient to restaurants and concert venue.
