Sink into plush seating and enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for creating mouthwatering meals. The first floor offers a full bathroom and a spacious primary bedroom featuring a queen-size bed for a peaceful night's sleep. Ascend the stairs to a cozy bedroom adorned with two full-size beds and a generous closet, ensuring everyone's comfort.

Outside, an expansive deck beckons you to relax in the sunshine or savor an al fresco meal, all while immersing yourself in the serene surroundings. Our private dock stands ready for your aquatic adventures, whether it's swimming, fishing, or a leisurely paddle on the glistening waters using the provided kayaks.

As the sun dips below the horizon, gather with loved ones around the fire pit, which sits beneath a canopy of twinkling outdoor string lights. It's the perfect setting for sharing stories and creating cherished memories on cool evenings beneath a star-studded sky.

Guest Access:
As our valued guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, encompassing both the inviting house and the private dock. Feel free to park your vehicles in the spacious driveway and safely moor your boats at our designated dock. For water enthusiasts, swimming and fishing off the dock are not only allowed but encouraged, with the added convenience of a dock ladder to ensure safe and effortless exits from the water.

But that's not all – we've thoughtfully provided three kayaks for your leisure, allowing you to explore the serene waters at your own pace. To ensure your safety while kayaking, we offer complimentary life jackets that we kindly request you wear during your paddling adventures.

Other Things to Note:
Keep in mind before booking that High Rock Lake water levels tend to fluctuate in the off season, so it's possible the lake levels could restrict boat access to Lake it Easy Cottage at certain times of the year.

If you plan to use the grill, please bring your own charcoal.
