Our spacious Clarkdale home sits above the Verde Valley and looks into Sedona. Our central location gives us great proximity to wineries, breweries, restaurants, etc. We're located between downtown Cottonwood (3 mins) & historic Jerome (16 mins) w/Sedona hiking & biking just 20 minutes away.

This 3BR/2 bath house sleeps 6 and has plenty of space to sprawl out. It's the perfect spot to share with your friends or families that you may be traveling with. Also a great place to host a retreat.

Beautiful View

The house and the view was really nice! It was very clean and was very comfortable. It is a close drive to old town Cottonwood, but it is on a dirt road so make sure you drive carefully.

Perfect view and close to down town

A perfect place for us to stay for our family reunion. Open and nice view, plenty of space and a good kitchen with space for good conversations early morning and late night. The large garage was also nice as we needed extra space to sort a lot of boxes. The property manager had quick response for all kind of questions. Nice info prepared for restaurants and the area around.

Million Dollar View

Property was awesome! As expected, clean and convenient location. Old Town Cottonwood is a 5 minute drive. Jerome is 7 miles away, Sedona 25 miles and Prescott 50. Drive is on a partial dirt/rock drive, but So, So worth it. Views are incredible. BIG screen Tvs in each room, gameroom and two large baths. Kitchen with large island is great!

The view from this property was amazing. Love all the windows that look over the Verde River, and the sun rise was beautiful. I little off the beaten path, but close enough to down town Cottonwood. We explored the Tuzigoot National Monument, took the short drive in to Clarksdale and up the hill to Jerome. It's a little of a drive to Page Springs Winery, but worth the trip. Dinner at the Merkin Vineyard's did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this property for the quietness and the views.

Awesome, simply AWESOME!

This picture perfect property exceeded any expectation I had! The home itself was clean, designed beautifully, comfortable and last but not least, location, location, location!!! The views were breathtaking and ever changing depending on the time of day. You could enjoy them from the big bright windows, or the large covered deck. This home also made traveling across the country super easy with the never ending list of amenities. I only rent homes when going on vacation, I’m not a hotel kind of person. This home is one of our favorites!!!! Jared, we will be back!!!! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Outstanding Cliffside Castle in Cottonwood

Outstanding home in Cottonwood, AZ. Views over the Verde Valley are unbeatable - the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. And if you're into star gazing, this should be high on your list. Jared was responsive and a great host. All communication was answered immediately, and everything he passed on to us was absolutely spot on once we arrived. We experienced no issues with our 4 day stay, other than the big spider that decided to share the house while we were there (well, it is a desert, after all)! He wasn't that hard to evict, and it didn't seem like he was all that interested in being inside with us. Home is comfortable and stocked with everything a group needs to cook and eat; or the location is only 5 minutes away from great restaurants in Cottonwood. The bathrooms are large and have all the amenities, right down to high tech toilets! The two main bedrooms are large and comfortable (we didn't use the "kids" bedroom so no thoughts on that) - we were exhausted from our daily activities, and the beds made it easy to get lots of rest. Overall, a great experience in the Verde Valley area of Arizona. Highly recommend this property for others. Since there were other sites to visit in the area that we didn't get to, we will definitely be reserving the house again in the future.
