There is ample parking and SARTA has a stop right outside and offers convenient transport to a variety of local activities that make this location such a hotspot. The downstairs apartment is very spacious and all on one level. Entry is through the back door and up 4 steps where you enter into the kitchen and dinette space. You can also go downstairs into the basement where the washer and dryer are located. This space opens up into the living room and accesses both bedrooms and the full bath. The upstairs apartment is cozy and can be accessed through exterior stairs. The kitchen, bath, living room and two bedrooms are all accessed through the main hallway. All communication should be done through AirBnB. I am off site, but if you have any questions, concerns or if something breaks, I am nearby. **If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to the guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear.
