Evan was available when we had questions and was always pleasant. We loved staying in the house for the weekend for a ladies scrapbooking weekend. Plenty of room and nice accommodations.

We had a great time. Celebrated my 68th year on the planet, ate and drank good food and really loved getting away from home. Of course the pool wasn't available (this was February in Ohio) but I can see why this would be a great summer rental for pool lovers. Would rent again if traveling to the Akron/Canton area.

The house was phenomenal, very clean and up to date. The host had everything we needed from dishes to towels to pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. Even body wash in the showers! This was our first vrbo stay and we're already planning our next trip.

Beautiful home. Super clean. Lots of space. The host was wonderful; very quick to answer our questions and very accommodating.Had hoped to book it again when we came down for my daughter’s wedding but unfortunately it is unavailable for the dates we need in October. Will definitely keep it in our favorites though.Only negative was the road noise in the front bedrooms as that may be an issue for some.

Work trip with Colleagues - Perfect Place

We had a great stay at this property. The house was super clean and the pool was sparkling, refreshing, and a great way to end a day of meetings. My colleagues and I enjoyed sharing meals and hanging out - something ghost not as fun at a hotel. I highly recommend this place - easy to get anywhere!

This house was spectacular! It was even better than the pictures! Really clean, all the supplies we needed and more. The pool was so nice, warm, and much bigger than we thought. We were even able to park our car in the garage. The host Evan was super communicative and responded really fast to all of our questions.

The house was not accurate to the listing. Even though there were instructions on the 2 thermostats, we still didn’t have any heat on the second level.We messaged the owner and he just suggested we use space heaters. It was 62 degrees on the second floor. When we looked for the space heaters they were not where he said. He had to instruct us to locate a lock box on the outside of the house. Give us the code to access the key to the owner’s closet. In that closet was 2 space heaters. We would not have booked this house if we knew we had to use space heaters. If maintenance was offered or a solution for our second night, we would have considered staying.Also, the house was listed as immaculate in reference to the cleanliness. There was cigarette burns on the couch. The bathroom toiletries turned out to be used 3 in 1 body wash/shampoo/condition with hair stuck on the bottle. We ended up contacting VRBO and getting full refund and booking hotel rooms instead.

The heat that showed 69 degrees but never felt above the low 60’s. This was with the heat turned up for hours.

Girl's Weekend

Everything was absolutely PERFECT upon walking through that door...Very clean, furniture and beds extremely comfy, pool is PHENOMENAL, very cozy and welcoming vibe all around!!! We could definitely tell Evan really cares about his guests and is such a great host! Location is perfect too...nice peaceful neighborhood yet close to all the shopping and dining you could possibly want!!! We can't even wait to be back!!!

Family Getaway

It's hard to get the adult kids together for a summer vacation, so we tried a quick weekend close to home. That allowed some of them to pop in for a few hours.Eight of us stayed at this property and it was great!! Plenty of room inside and out to hang out and visit! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our crew! The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was the biggest hit!! We will be back!

Spacious, clean, worth it!

My family and I stayed here while in town for a funeral. Loved being able to utilize the garage so our hair didn’t get ruined in the typical Ohio rain. This place was spacious and more than enough room for my family. We didn’t get to utilize the pool in the back due to the time of year we travelled, but it looked nice! Host was super responsive to messages. Absolutely no complaints and well worth a return visit. Location was super central to every where in town we needed to be.

House was clean and spacious for 8 people. The pool was also very clean and had enough furniture to accommodate the group. We would have given 5 stars but most outlets in the house were inoperable, none had 3 prongs so we had to purchase adapters to plug laptop into the few outlets that worked. Also the refrigerator did not get cool. The freezer side worked but the refrigerator did not keep things cool. We had a lot of food so this was an inconvenience. When I reached out to Evan he said he would let the owners know. All in all this is a nice property.
