Welcome to this Mid-Century Masterpiece get -a-away! A stylish fusion of mid-century modern design with contemporary farmhouse flair! This spacious and captivating home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it the ultimate stay for large families, groups of friends, or creative retreats. We just want to first thank you for looking into our property nestled in one of the most convenient places to be within San Antonio. This house is located by the prestigious Alamo Ranch area within San Antonio. This is a brand new home built in late 2022 in a brand new subdivision within the Stillwater Ranch community.

This property has also been modernized and retrofitted specifically for VRBO where we have thought of every single detail for your family. From toiletries, to a completely fully equipped kitchen (because we know that's where the heart of the home is), fun and games for family of ALL ages (that includes you too!!) , a HUGE patio and much much more!

The home is spread out between 4 bedrooms in the following sleeping configuration:
Master bedroom: 1 King size Bed
Room 2: 2 sets of bunk beds: 1st - Twin over twin 2nd - 3 bed bunk twin + Twin over Full
Room 3: 1 Queen Bed
Room 4: 1 Queen bed

We also offer an additional self inflatable Queen size “KingCoil” mattresses (its pretty awesome if I say so myself).

** For all you ladies, we also feature an Oversized Vanity filled with lights so that you can get ready for a night out and feel like the queen you are!!

In our home, we offer full home amenities catered again for large family and friend vacations like:
a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Gas oven, drinkware, food-ware, and cookware (as this is where the heart of the home is)
There are flat screen TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, 2nd living room and 1 of the other guest bedrooms
a jam-packed game room (yes with AC! Did you think we’d be crazy enough to let y'all in there in the TX heat without one!!)

A BBQ grill (its Texas y'all, you have to have a grill!!)
A neighborhood playground
and I hate that this is an “amenity” and we have to even mention we do this like its a perk, but, we WASH AND SANITIZE ALL linens (yes, even the comforters) after EVERY guest. We’d want that done and I think that is just a common courtesy- can I get an amen!

Other things to note
Parking allowed for only UP TO 4 cars. Must park in the driveway. Parking on the street is allowed. Driveway should park 2 vehicles and the street should park 2 vehicles.

Early check in option available on request based on availability for an additional fee.
3pm is $50
2pm is $75
1pm is $100
12pm is $125

However early check-in cannot be booked in advanced and can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to arrival purely based on availability, dependent on guests checking out at 11 am.
