One bedroom + private finished den that lives like a bedroom. This is a real mountain retreat! This cozy getaway has all of the comforts of home, including a large, fully-equipped kitchen. New upgrades throughout! Centrally located between Breck & Frisco with world-class hiking/biking trails just steps outside the door. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with gorgeous 360˚mountain views from the street. Public bus stop and paved bike path by entrance to the neighborhood make exploring Summit county a breeze! There are two hot tubs in our community for you to use. Please note: The HOA strictly prohibits renters bringing pets.

This space is PERFECT for families with kids, 2 couples or a group of friends. Please treat my home as if it's your own. Kick off your shoes, relax and take advantage of all that Breckenridge has to offer! Ground floor access (no stairs at all!)- and makes it easy to bring your outdoor gear in and out as needed and provides wheelchair access! There is a large kitchen and washer/dryer inside the unit. I love creating an amazing experience for my guests and want you to create amazing memories in.

Guests have free-reign of the condo! Feel free to use anything that is provided. Natural bath products (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) are provided and a hairdryer in each bathroom.
Each bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory-foam mattress covered with high thread-count sheets and a large, flat-screen television (with access to apps requiring an account like Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Go etc.- there is no cable service) and an attached FULL bathroom with tub/shower. To turn on the shower: turn on faucet and pull down on the ring underneath (where the water is running).
*Please note: smaller bedroom does NOT have a window or closet, but does have a larger dresser for storage.
**The mattresses in the bedrooms are memory foam and FIRM. The majority of people find them extremely comfortable- but if you do not like a FIRM or memory foam mattress, please consider this.**

The living room has a pull-out queen-size bed. There's coffee and tea provided in the kitchen, a cozy fireplace, an additional large flat-screen television (with streaming apps- no cable) in the living room and games and puzzles to keep you entertained for a chill night in.

Our community is beautiful, relaxing and breathtaking. It's the perfect place to get away from the hectic day-to-day stresses and really unwind. There are two hot tubs for use (one is just outside of the unit). You really have to see it for yourself!
I take a lot of pride in creating a welcoming, relaxing space for travelers to enjoy. It's all about the details.

PARKING (year-round): There are 2 parking permits available (free parking in lot). I do NOT have a garage. PLEASE keep parking permit displayed in our car during your entire stay and remember to replace upon check-out. Parking permits cost $75 to replace, which will be deducted from your stay if lost or damaged. Parking for trailers, campers and boats is NOT allowed.

PARKING IN WINTER: Our community HOA requires you to move your vehicle within 24 hours of snowfall 3” or more. It is important to move your vehicle to a clear, plowed area so the crews can properly remove all the snow from the lot. Moving vehicles promptly helps prevent unnecessary snowpack build up on the lot. Vehicles that are NOT moved within 24 hours and subject to being stickered and towed.
