Hermosa Creekside Condominio - 2 dormitorios + Loft

Haga de su visita una experiencia inolvidable ... estancia en nuestra bellamente decorado, Habitaciones no fumadores, dos dormitorios más buhardilla, dos baños condominio ubicado en el corazón del condado de Summit ... Inicio de las mejores actividades de invierno y verano de Colorado tiene para ofrecer! Se trata de una unidad de estreno en el complejo de la jerarquía de los cisnes con las renovaciones recientes, incluyendo las tapas de cuarzo de venta libre, los nuevos aparatos, todos los pisos nuevos, pintura nueva, nuevas camas y ropa de cama y accesorios modernos en todas partes.

'Villas at Swans Nest' se encuentra a unos 4 kilómetros al norte del centro de Breckenridge, ubicado en un tranquilo valle en el río Swan. Usted encontrará la relajación "fuera de lo común", pero aún así estar cerca de cuatro estaciones de esquí y todo lo que la zona tiene para ofrecer. Nuestro condominio es una unidad de la planta superior de un edificio con sólo seis unidades, por lo que hay una perturbación mínima de unidades vecinas.

• Relájese en la comodidad de una acogedora sala de estar. Televisión por cable con reproductor de DVD se proporcionan para su entretenimiento. Además, con el toque de un interruptor se puede disfrutar del ambiente de un fuego encendido en la chimenea de gas.

• La sala de estar abierta desemboca en el comedor, donde hasta seis pueden ser cómodamente sentado en la mesa del comedor. La cocina contigua está totalmente equipada con vajilla, cristalería, cubiertos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina.

• Cada uno de los dos dormitorios tiene una cama de matrimonio, mesitas de noche y tocador. El loft tiene una cama de tamaño completo y un sofá futón que se despliega en una cama de tamaño completo. Todas las camas están equipadas con ropa de cama de alta calidad y edredón de plumas para proporcionar un refugio agradable después de un día de aventura en el Condado de Summit.

• Desde el salón se puede salir a la terraza con vistas al río Swan y el Camino Colorado. Disfrute de una comida de barbacoa cocinada al aire libre en la parrilla de gas.

We had a wonderful stay, the condo is very spacious and was perfect for our family of 4 ski trip. The condo was well-stocked and provided everything we needed. Tim was a great host with excellent communication and instructions.

Very cozy

Upon arrival the place was very clean and fresh. The kitchen was more than ample and was well equipped and stocked with the basic kitchen items. The kids movies and DVD player was great for some evening entertainment. There was ample hot water and even detergent for the washer and dryer. The kids beds in the loft were very generous is size. The Master bed was nice, and all the bedding was fresh and had good blankets/comforters. The other bedroom had an uncomfortable mattress that was very soft, and very little support from the pillows. The rental was close to town(5 minute drive) and the garage was a very nice feature to park in, no scraping ice or snow off the windows in the morning. I would definitely stay here again if it's available. There was a nice small lake near by with wildlife and it was in a nice and quiet area.

Great family spring break

Super clean, great layout and location! Very easily accommodated family of 6 with plenty of space to spread out. Nice big kitchen. Close to hot tub. Bus stop not walkable in our opinion in case you were wanting to take bus to ski.

Wonderful stay close to Breck

Everything was wonderful at the property! Location was great, not far at all from Breckenridge, and so peaceful and quiet. Our host gave excellent recommendations and was super responsive. We accidentally left with the parking pass ( 🤦🏻‍♀️) and communication on getting it back to the property was very smooth. We had a wonderful stay!

2 years in a row! Perfect quiet location

For us, this is a perfect location away enough from the Breck madness and close to Frisco on the other side. We hit the Breck slopes every morning and it’s about a 15 min drive with traffic so pretty easy. The condo is stocked with everything and anything you might ever need. We loved sitting around the fireplace and enjoy peace and quiet after a long day at the slopes.

Swan Villa in Breck

It was just a friend and me so we had more space than needed, it could easily fit a family of 6. Location, set up, check in and check out, all great. Communication before check in was good too. I didn’t use the hot tubs, grill, washer/dryer, games, snow items… but it is all there and ready for anyone who may want to. Well stocked on toilet paper and tissues, cleaning supplies, pillows.. which is much appreciated. I definitely recommend staying, and would stay again if I head there again in the future.

Such a good time!!

We could not have been happier with our stay at the condo at Villas at Swan’s Nest! We loved the layout - so cozy & inviting! Our favorite things were the fireplace and the grill! The kitchen was so well stocked that it made staying in and cooking a breeze! Tim was so helpful and gave us great info on things to do and restaurants to eat at! If you want to stay somewhere quiet & relaxing but also be in close proximity to Breckinridge, Frisco, Keystone, then this is your place to stay! We really hope to return!!!

Ski trip

Great property and location. Very convenient to the ski slopes. Property had everything you could want in it for cooking meals there, and was located very close to the charming downtown area of Breckenridge for going out. Overall, we had a great time!

Amazing find

If you are looking for a place to say in Summit County, look no further. This property is stocked with amenities, super clean and in a prime location. More importantly, the owners are amazing. Just prior to our trip we had an unfortunate situation and Tim and his family were so accommodating and responsive, and I think that goes a long way these days. Honestly, it felt really good to know that there was a caring human on the other end of the computer and not a robot. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to book with Tim again.

Perfect location between quietness and closeness to slopes/town

Tim was a great host the property was in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable and I was surprised to find the kitchen stocked up with many things that u usually forget for cooking such as spices, tin foil, etc. The location was close enough to Breck slopes on one side, and Frisco to the other side. Very quiet neighborhood it was perfect to wind down after a long day at the slopes. Will definitely stay again.

Great time at this convenient Breckenridge Condo

We had a very pleasant 4 day stay at this rental. Just off Route 9 in a quiet development, with access to a hot tub. The unit was clean and well maintained, and it was very convenient to have a garage space at our disposal, accessible directly from the unit - can't beat not having to brush snow off your car before heading to the mountain. :-) . The place is a short drive from the Gondola parking lots and downtown Breck. Very nice living room with gas fireplace that throws off great heat, making it a fantastic place to relax with a good book in the evening. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect Family Getaway

This beautiful home was exactly as described. It was perfect for our ski vacation. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook for the whole family. There was even a gas grill right outside. Everyone had room to spread out. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows for everyone. We loved the outdoor hot tub. We really appreciated the attached garage. It was convenient to just leave our skis in the garage. I would love to stay again.

Quiet and perfect location!

This adorable condo is located just outside of Breckenridge and close to nearby towns like Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon. Nice views of a pond outside of master bedroom and loft. We even saw a beaver out in the pond! This condo had everything we needed to be comfortable with two teenaged boys. Tim was more than helpful with all of our questions and gave good suggestions for hiking and food. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Best Christmas in Years

I have two adult teens and they wanted to ski for Christmas. Im so glad I found this property to rent. It was the perfect place the kids loved having the loft as second room. Im so glad I had them snowed in with me on Vacation it was the best. Kitchen was great we spent a lot less money eating at home. Baked cookies and Made a Turkey for Christmas dinner. The Town home was furnished nicely super clean and well equipped with all you need. Fire place warms the space nicely along with the heat which we tried not to use. They have several Humidifiers that we needed, blow dryer, coffee pot, washer/ dryer, plenty of towels, blankets, games, cards and a grill that we used. We used the Jacuzzi it was a short cool walk but Tim has Heavy Robes you can use and they were perfect. I would highly recommend this unit for your next vacation summer or winter. Tim is great and gets back to you within mins, Restaurant recommendations, groceries and such. The Location is great 7 Minutes to Breck and a maybe 10 to Frisco.

Great condo!! Perfect for skiing!

Had ALL the amenities that one could want or need! Lots of extras and felt like home. Beds were comfortable. Loved the instant hot water, especially with 5 people all wanting HOT showers after skiing all day. Perfect location between Breckenridge & Frisco.

Great Location

Loved our stay here!! We had everything we needed and Tim was available for any questions we had once we arrived! Location was perfect and the balcony was backed against the Swan River. There was a great trail that started behind the condo and was an easy trek. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Cozy Place With a Great View!

We have stayed at Swan's Nest three times now, and have loved it every time. The condo sits right above the creek, which beavers have dammed, so you can fish and listen to that wonderful water sound all at once. There is a beautiful view of a mountain peak out the back door, making for hours of pleasant sitting on the patio. The kitchen is always stocked to our needs. We even found a roll of scotch tape when needed! The furniture is comfortable, the linens clean, and the home has updated fixtures and finishes. We consider this to be one of our favorite places on earth! Thanks for sharing your home so that others can enjoy it, too!

We fell in love with this property for its comfortable and kept surroundings, and for the location that is on the quieter side of Breck. No T-shirt shops or boba vendors to walk to, but we feel that being on the Colorado Trail, with a bubbling river, and several outdoor options right out the door is a great trade-off. We constantly upgrade this property, so that every visit will be better than the last.
