The location is perfect for an easy touring experience of San Diego. Directly across from Mission Bay, you and your guests will be just minutes from Mission Beach, SeaWorld, Pacific Beach, and the San Diego Zoo. This home is complete with a private half-basketball court and an outdoor entertainment area to enjoy the sea breeze. At sunset and into the evening, enjoy two outdoor fireplaces and frequent firework displays from SeaWorld.

Our recently remodeled home is clean, bright, and welcoming, ideal for creating lasting memories with family and friends. The backyard entertainment area is perfect for BBQs, relaxing, and watching television. The mature landscaping adds to the beauty and tranquility of the property, and the fantastic hillside deck offers an incredible view of Mission Bay, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Bay Park is a unique and charming neighborhood that offers a blend of coastal tranquility and urban convenience. Known for its hilly terrain, Bay Park provides spectacular views of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The neighborhood is located near the junction of Interstates 5 and 8, offering easy access to the entire San Diego metro area. Nailed the SD vacation rental. Beautiful house. We felt safe. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The house was spacious, inviting and trendy. Close to attractions.

Beautiful home in the Mission Bay Area! Safe and quiet neighborhood, very clean home, and great location. The backyard area was a plus! We only stayed for three nights and I wish we could have extended our stay! Highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area!

Amazing and spacious home! Loved the layout to give all of us bachelorette attendees space to relax, chill, work, etc. we were able to host yoga in the backyard on the basketball court, and enjoy many hours on the top deck looking at the gorgeous bay views with the firepit keeping us warm. Highly recommend for family outings or girls trips; the location is perfect for easy beach access and even to/from SAN airport!

Perfect stay with beautiful views

Honestly one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Every detail is considered, and the house is beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of five, and the hot tub and gorgeous balcony views sent it over the top. Location is close to both San Diego attractions and to La Jolla. We loved every minute.

Great House for Family and Friends

We had an absolute blast at the house, it was perfect and the house was beautiful. The backyard was where we were all weekend from grilling to the rooftop deck overlooking the bay. We will definitely be back

Awesome place + location!!

This was such a beautiful home! It was so spacious and easily accommodated 8 people. We loved the outside patio and the rooftop deck had amazing views of the city and the water. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need to cook and eat at home. The space was also very clean, modern, and cozy! Would definitely be back!

A group of us were in town for a nearby family wedding. This was the perfect spot for a family hangout. The place worked well for 8 adults. Backyard was the place to be - we played basketball, corn hole and watched football. Definitely would do it again if available.

Beautiful Beach getaway

The house is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and clean. So much space for everyone. My favorite spot was the upstairs sitting area with ocean view and fireplace!! We got a fireworks show every night. There were some technical issues with the dishwasher and hot tub. This house was perfect for our beach vacation close to everything jet skiing, beaches, SeaWorld, shopping and good food. Nice neighborhood and safe.

Great location and lovely home!

This house checked all the boxes! We stayed here with another family and appreciated how contained the property is with gates/fences. The back patio offers multiple spaces for play and relaxation. The home is beautifully appointed and clean, with more than enough towels, kitchen tools, etc. The host responded to all of our questions promptly. The location is ideal for access to all of the tourist spots as well as golf courses, parks, and more. I found two yoga spots within a mile! I would travel here again for sure.

Stand Out Home in Perfect Location

My family of 8 had a fantastic experience at this newly remodeled home. The owners really did a beautiful job with the decor, creating an elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. The outdoor space was a special favorite, allowing us to spend time as a family in a fun, unique setting. There is also a terrific hillside deck that overlooks Mission Bay that allowed us to see the Sea World fireworks. The home is centrally located and is close to Sea World, the beach, the Zoo, Downtown Gaslamp, and La Jolla. We have done short-term rentals in San Diego and found this home to be the best. We would highly recommend it!

Beautiful property in a great location in San Diego. Gorgeous updated interior and excellent outdoor gathering areas. No detail was forgotten. Even the light switches were labeled! We loved the deck with a great view of the bay. Communication with owner was great! We would absolutely stay here again. It is close to the freeway so there is a bit of noise outside but inside we couldn't hear it. We preferred this location as it is not under the flight path of the air traffic.

Family celebrating SDSU graduation

Great property for family gathering to celebrate graduation! Outdoor area is perfect for BBQ! Big family rooms for little ones to play and families to catch up. 2 of the rooms are smaller and no drawers to store clothes if staying a long time. Hallway bathroom a tight squeeze with bathtub and bathing little ones. But minor inconveniences did not take away from the beauty of the house! Also real close to Clairmont trolley stop which was just a 5 min walk. Super convenient to take trolley to Padres game at Petco Park, Old Town or Seaport Village. Loved our stay and would recommend for families. We had our 2 children with their spouses and a total of 3 grandkids (2 toddlers & 1 infant) stay with us. Costco also a short drive from house.

Known for its hilly terrain, which provides spectacular views of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean, the neighborhood is near the junction of Interstates 5 and 8 freeways. Being so well positioned in San Diego, guests will find it easy and quick to get to most of San Diego's major destinations, like Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Shores, Mission Beach, and more.

One of the highlights of Bay Park is its proximity to Mission Bay Park, a 4,600-acre aquatic wonderland that offers a variety of water sports, including swimming, sailing, jet skiing, and paddleboarding. The park also features areas for biking, jogging, and picnicking, making it a popular spot for outdoor activities

The neighborhood is very clean, safe, and provides plenty of parking. The main streets, Morena Boulevard and West Morena Boulevard, are lined with a variety of restaurants, lively bars, and microbreweries with beer tasting lounges.
