Casa de Vino, en la comunidad de Coral Hammock, es una hermosa casa adosada de tres baños y tres baños, con más de 2,000 pies cuadrados de espacio interior / exterior. Una tranquila vista de la piscina se puede apreciar fácilmente relajándose en el balcón superior o inferior.

MOBILIARIO...
Casa de Vino está decorada con buen gusto con un toque isleño y muebles cómodos. Esta casa tiene tres habitaciones completas cada una, así como tres baños completos y se ofrece a un precio excelente por una combinación ganadora y una excelente manera de disfrutar de todo lo que Key West tiene para ofrecer.

DORMIDO
Puede alojar cómodamente de 6 a 8 personas, por lo que es ideal para familias o parejas que viajan juntas.
La suite principal es una reina con cuarto de baño privado con ducha y bañera. El dormitorio del primer piso tiene una cama queen size y baño completo con ducha de azulejos. El dormitorio del segundo piso tiene dos camas individuales (que se pueden duplicar para crear una cama king size) y un baño completo con combinación de ducha / bañera.  Y también hay un sofá cama queen size. La cocina cuenta con vajilla completamente nueva, una cafetera keurig y restaurantes a pocos pasos en el Great Room para 10 personas.

Con su entrada privada y exuberantes jardines, esta casa cuenta con vistas panorámicas a la piscina del jardín tropical. La piscina climatizada del complejo le invita a tomar el sol mientras disfruta de la cálida brisa de la isla. El campo de golf de Key West está a tiro de piedra. Para los navegantes, Casa de Vino también está ubicada en el centro de 3 puertos deportivos diferentes.

The house is as advertised, clean and well-maintained. We especially like the back porch and easy access to the pool. The negatives are the exceptionally late check in and exceptionally early check out times. We requested a later check out and were told it couldn’t be accommodated due to a new party checking in BUT the property was still listed as available on our check out date! Just say no; don’t lie to justify it.

The reason is that the housekeepers need the time to get the home adequately cleaned. Otherwise, we are always happy to allow a later check out time. Trip was good, could have been cooler in the upstairs. Excellent location to the pool and to the highway access. It was cool to see iguanas and lizards all over the property.

Would recommend this place to everyone! Clean, quaint, and had everything we needed. Fifteen minute golf cart ride to Duval St. We had a great time.

My family (wife, 2 adult children and their significant others) spent a week at Casa de Vino over Christmas. The house was clean, spacious (every couple go their own room with own bathroom) and was a wonderful base for exploring Key West. The kitchen was quite well equipped (need to add corkscrew and potato masher!) and it was nice gathering on the porch. The only disappointment was the community pool. We discovered talking to the property manager that the majority of the units in this complex is owned by people who do not live in the community, but rent out their units. One consequence of this was that the other guests did not care about their behavior. People smoking in the pool area; kids were constantly jumping into the pool despite clear signs everywhere prohibiting it; drunk people screaming into the night. All this was a shame because the house itself was very comfortable.

The pictures on the listing were quite deceiving and made the rooms look much larger. The shower in the downstairs bedroom was extremely small for adults. The chairs in the dining room were extremely uncomfortable and need some padding. There was a musty smell in the house, and the floors could have been cleaner. The listing indicated the property was a 9.8 out of a 10 scale. I would suggest a lower rating based on the aforementioned issues. Maybe an 8...

While the shower in the downstairs bedroom is a standard size and has generally been comfortable for past guests, we understand that preferences vary, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The comment regarding the dining chairs is the first we’ve received, but we will certainly look into your complaint. We take pride in our cleanliness standards and will speak with our housekeeping team to ensure the floors are being cared for properly. We do have dehumidifiers in the home to help manage the natural humidity of the area, and we’ll ensure they are working properly. We always strive to present the home accurately in our photos and description, and we regret if you felt the space appeared different than expected.
