Our home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 3 children, configured with a King Bed, two Queen Beds, a Rollaway bed, a Twin Daybed, and a Twin Trundle.

Staying with kids or up for a leisurely walk? We're located near a charming duck pond park – a delightful spot for family fun, feeding the ducks, or simply enjoying the outdoors.

While we respect your space and want you to feel at ease, we are locally available and ready to assist with any issues that may arise. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.

Situated in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, we recommend renting a car, using Uber/Lyft, or availing public transportation for easy commuting. Please note, pricing varies based on the guest count, and there is an additional charge of $25/person/day for non-registered guests/visitors.

Pool Note:
The pool is serviced every Tuesday and will be unavailable for 3–4 hours during that time.

The pool is close between December 15 - March 06.

Our property is situated in the Texas hot climate and, while unlikely, you might encounter local wildlife. We have pest control services for your peace of mind, and any immediate concerns can be communicated to us via Airbnb's Direct Message (DM) system.
