Located in San Antonio near Seaworld and Lackland AFB, this marvelous house boasts 3 bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed with a full, twin, and a third twin trundle. The property also features 3 bathrooms, including a large bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With amenities like central AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer, guests will have everything they need for a pleasant stay.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. Seating for up 14 guests in the dining room and kitchen is available for those enjoying a large meal. Expand your space by opening up the French doors from the dining area to the large back patio.
Every bedroom has a large wall mounted television. There are charging stations for your smart phones throughout the house, including in lamps and built into the bar behind the loveseat in the living room.
The back of the house is perfect for entertaining. Step down into the hot tub built into the floor of the covered deck and enjoy the ambiance of the outdoor gas fireplace surrounded by stringed lights around the roof of the back patio. The backyard is zero-scaped with decorative river rock and decomposed granite for a beautiful view while you relax in the hot tub or patio furniture.
There is plenty of parking with a two-car garage. Your vehicle will be secure.
Nearby amenities include grocery stores (Wal-Mart, HEB, Sprouts), numerous restaurants, movie theaters, bowling and gaming event centers (MVP, Celebration Station), and SeaWorld -- all within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. Married to my high school sweetheart for over 30 years, father of four, and servant of Christ. We are a military family which is what brought us to San Antonio. We take a lot of pride in our short-term rental and personally address all concerns.

This neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to many amenities, including Seaworld (5 minutes), Lackland AFB (10 minutes), many grocery stores, movie theaters, and restaurants. Visiting the Alamo, riverwalk, or the downtown area is only a 15 minute drive.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The dining area opens up with French doors onto a large covered patio where you will find outdoor furniture surround a table that emits a relaxing gas fireplace. On the other side of the patio guests can step down into the hot-tub for seven adults. The patio steps lead to a zero-scaped yard with river rock and decomposed granite. At night the steps are lit up and the stringed lights along the roof line of the patio provide a relaxing ambiance.
