Location! Stylish Downtown Cottage...Walk to everything!

This charming Cottage provides all of the comfort you need in a wonderful location! Park the car and enjoy exploring no Lincolnville and Downtown at your leisure.

The Cottage has 2 lovely bedrooms each with Queen bed, TV, dresser, black out drapes and white cotton linens. The roomy bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors and washer/dryer for your convenience.

The main area with vaulted ceilings has an open floor plan with Kitchen, Dining Room and Living room. The well equipped Kitchen has all you need for preparing meals plus K-cup coffeemaker and snack basket. The Dining Room has seating for 4. In the Living Room you'll enjoy a large wall hung TV and dedicated workspace.

On the patio you will find lots of seating including a patio table for dining and a gas grill. The yard is fully fenced which is great for little ones. The front porch with swing and rocking chairs provide the perfect spot to watch the world go by...we frequently enjoying seeing the horse and carriage tours go by! Old Town Trolley has Stop 11 which is only 1.5 blocks away.

All you need for a great stay is provided...including fast wifi and streaming channels. If we don't have it you probably don't need it!

Note: this property is LODGING only. No events/gatherings. The City ordinance on noise is strictly enforced. Quiet times are 10pm-8am. We respect our neighbors and ask that you do too!

No visitors, pets (unless approved by owner), smoking, parties, disruptions or other disregard of lease terms can occur or terms of rental are void and immediate eviction will be enforced. Persons other than those specified in the booking are not allowed in/on the property unless approved by us in advance. If you would like to have a visitor please coordinate with us. Please let us know who, when and for how long you expect your guest. Parking will also need to be coordinated as we have limited space and the City does not allow on street parking at a vacation rental.

We pulled into town late at night, worried about what our accommodation would look like. The minute we stepped inside, we were so happy!This adorable little house is in the middle of the historic district. It has been completely remodeled – and I mean completely. New windows, floors, furniture, appliances. The two bedrooms were ample sized, the bathroom was quite large, so no issues sharing the bathroom. Comfortable bedding and beds were a bonus!Towels, basic necessities, blow dryer, and every kitchen gadget known to mankind was there. The house is laid out beautifully with a very open concept so it feels much larger than 900 ft.².The host, Pauline, was exceptional. Not only was she exceptionally responsive, she also has wonderful touches around the house including adorable furniture on the front porch, and snacks/coffee for your arrival.The house is dog friendly, which worked wonderfully for our golden retriever.As previously stated, the house is in a very historic district that reminded us of New Orleans. However, the area is incredibly safe. Best yet, we were able to walk downtown instead of driving, saving us a small fortune in parking fees.If we visit Saint Augustine again, I would immediately book this house without any hesitation. This place is perfect.Note: as this is in a residential area, it is not appropriate for wild late night parties. The area was quiet by 8 PM, allowing for a wonderful night of sleep.

We've stayed at many cottages and condos over the years. This one is by far the most wonderful cottage we've ever booked! Decor was inviting inside & out, kitchen was well-equipped, outdoor space was cozy and the bed was very comfortable! Location was ideal to several attractions we had planned to visit. Pauline was exceptionally easy to communicate with! We'd certainly like to book here again for our next St Augustine trip!

Your place is absolutely perfect! From the decor to furnishings to location, it couldn't have been better. It was the cleanest short term rental house we have ever stayed. We walked downtown and rode the trolly. We ate amazing food and explored the neighborhood enjoying all of the different styles of houses around. It was the perfect little house for my husband and I to get away for our anniversary! Thanks so much!
My favorite part was the front porch!

I can’t say enough about this perfect little home. It has everything you need and the tranquility of the location beats any high rise condo hands down, anytime ! I’m honestly a little sad about returning to reality. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Saint Augustine. Perfect place if you’re traveling with your dogs !

Wonderful Little Cottage and our new home away from home...

My friend and I needed a break and wanted to get away for the weekend. We booked this property rather than a pricier one and we are so glad we did! Pauline was wonderful and check in was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was about a 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district and due to the heat, we used an Uber. In the Fall or Winter, it would be a nice walk but not in the heat. We are both a bit obsessive about cleanliness and this home was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the property was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We are looking forward to returning, soon!

Perfect getaway

The cottage was the perfect size for us. We love to be able to walk and not have tbe hassle of finding downtown parking. It was a short walk to e verything we wanted. Communication with host was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and amenities were as stated. We would stay again.

Perfect stay for a weekend getaway

We had a great stay at this house in downtown St. Augustine! The location was perfect — right in the heart of everything. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, which made the whole experience even smoother. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting St. Augustine!

Charming cottage - comfort and convenience

We loved this beautiful cottage with a beautiful front porch and side patio. The cottage is very tastefully furnished, and while not big it is great space and in excellent shape. It is located in a very residential area and is a 10 to 20 minute walk to everything. For us this was great as we love to walk. Just note that it is not close to any stores to buy supplies. The host, Pauline was fantastic. She left a very useful book of recommendations and she responded to every message very quickly. We greatly appreciated how accommodating she was, allowing us to park our car at the cottage prior to and after check in. All in all a wonderful experience.

The cottage is very clean and well stocked. Off road parking for 2 cars. Communication was easy with the owner. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
