Located in Bella Vista, this air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with private parking available on site and free WiFi. This place was perfect. The view from the deck is spectacular. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved kayaking around the peaceful lake, it was October and the water was pretty chilly but we managed to get on and off without getting too wet. I am already considering another stay next summer.

Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Hand prints all over sliding glass doors. No toliet paper in downstair bath. Large pile of bird poop on lower deck. Furniture is very worn. The house needs an overall deep clean.

Great family place

This was a great place for a family gathering. Three generations enjoyed swimming and kayaking here. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and enjoyable lake.

Mountain Bike Vacation

The house itself slept plenty and the layout was nice. The driveway was steeper than expected. Not really an issue, but rather something to point out. Loved having the lake and trail access. It was an easy drive to the other mountain bike destinations in Bentonville. Garage and bike racks were very convenient for having a place to work on and store bikes. When I come back I will certainly book again.

NW Arkansas is really beautiful

I recently attended a family reunion in NWA and several of us stayed together at this house. It was perfect for us. We had plenty of space, we were very comfortable, and the area where the house is located is really beautiful. We really enjoyed the lake views and sitting out on the deck. The location was perfect for us and I would definitely stay here again for a future visit.

Lake Life

My Family and I have traveled all over the world, I have rarely encountered a setup as perfect as this beautiful lake side property. It has everything to relax, have fun and enjoy private lake like with your family and/or friends if you so choose. Excellent

Due to the major snowstorm cleaning was a little late, but the manager was cooperative and mostly timely in communication. Due to the more emergent concerns, it would have been nice to message directly through phone numbers, the VRBO messenger requires both of us to constantly check the app, which can be difficult for both parties. However, we were treated well, and the manager got the site cleaned while we were out to dinner. It was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful view

We loved the place! Beautiful view on the lake and house was plenty big for 5 adults. Location very convenient to Bentonville - close to shopping and restaurants. Owner very good to answer questions before hand and easy to get into house with code. Only issues was the place didn’t seem to be throughly vacuumed because dog hair in living room on couches and in main bedroom. But other than that very nice place to stay at.

Everything was awesome - the view, the layout of the house, the deck, the cleanliness, etc. We enjoyed it so much that we may come back again for a getaway weekend as a couple!

Very beautiful setting on the lake. First time we ever stayed on a lake. The guys really enjoyed it. The acorns were falling off the trees, lots of them on driveway and sidewalk. Overall very nice, would stay there again.

Fantastic

This was a delightful place to stay. It was both roomy and cozy…the perfect peaceful getaway. The calm, no-wake zone, lake is only steps away from the back door. We will definitely be coming back.

There were some light bulbs out and the coffee carafe was cracked so we missed our coffee. The house was clean but the backyard needed some work if you wanted to bring a family to use the lake it had a lot of debris around. Overall it was ok. The lake view was nice.

Lakeside Bliss

I rented this property to stay for a week to attend a wedding and spend time with my Arkansas family. The house was everything we were hoping for. Nestled on a hill with lake access it was very quiet and peaceful. The house was "lived in" but clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. We loved the 3 sofas so family could come for a visit and there was plenty of room to sit. The kitchen is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos but open to the dining and living room so it feels bigger. Plenty of utensils, dishes, pans and BBQ tools. The driveway is steep getting down to the house but there is a flat space for parking at the bottom in front of the house. I was able to park close enough for my 87 year old mom to get to the door easily. Beware of a portion of the driveway which has been lifted by tree roots. I took a nasty fall there one evening going to my car. The main floor bathroom needs some attention...water pressure in the shower is poor and the sink drains very slowly. Overall we had great stay, loved the lake view everyday and would rent this property again. My family in the area said they would consider it for an easy weekend getaway. They live about an hour away. So far enough to feel like its a getaway but close enough to not waste a lot of time getting there.

Best part of trip

We found this location super last minute and it was the best decision we made - photos are EXACTLY how the space is in person and the view on the lake is gorgeous - it was lovely to have coffee every morning on the back balcony Roads and drive-way are fully paved but the drive is a bit steep if you are unfamiliar with your vehicle but we were able to get in heavy rain. Place was super clean and nice, we would 100% stay in this location again.

Beautiful space

We had the best, relaxing time. House was comfortable and clean. The lake was close and the kayaks were so enjoyable. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.
